Mark Dresser is currently the PTL for JAK1 and Anti-PD-L1, Chair of DSPAC, and a member of APRC and the gRED Oncology DRC. Mark earned his PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry at UCSF and his BS and MS degrees in Chemistry from Rensselaer and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.

I have been at Genentech for six years and every day has been as exciting as my first. I have had the privilege of working with many talented, dedicated and bright scientists in research and development around the globe on this very exciting project/platform.

Amita is the head of the Clinical Pharmacology group within Development Sciences. Through close collaborations, this group enables selection of a safe and effective dose, route and regimen for small molecules and biologics by applying the principles of Quantitative Pharmacology throughout a molecule’s life-cycle.
