Michael Nestor | Bayer Corporation Vice President & Head of Change Management Mike Nestor is the Head of Change Management globally for the Bayer Group. In this recently created position within corporate human resources he is launching an enterprise-wide change management approach. Mike has been with Bayer for more than 10 years and has served in a variety of HR leadership positions. He has a strong HR background and is a specialist in the area of

organizational effectiveness and change. Prior to his current assignment, Mike was the Global Head of Organizational Effectiveness for Bayer HealthCare where he led many large organizational change projects to include the people integration for a series of large Bayer HealthCare acquisitions. Prior to joining Bayer, Mike held HR leadership positions with Engelhard Corporation (now part of BASF) and Shell Oil and Shell Chemical Companies. Edward Nathan Ph.D. | Global Performance Consulting Principal | Former affiliation: Pfizer – WyethFormerly of Pfizer and Wyeth, Ed Nathan has been in the pharmaceutical industry for over twenty five years. He began with Lederle Laboratories where he held a variety of positions within sales and sales managment, including office, government and international training. Ed has been involved in North American and

International training since 1986. In 1995 he joined Wyeth and brought his expertise in sales, management and marketing training to the Wyeth International Training Department and was major stakeholder in six global brand launches. In October 2009 Ed joined Pfizer with the acquitisiton of Wyeth Pharmaceutucals. Ed has served for ten years as a board member Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers, a non-

profit, professional organization dedicated to training and development excellence within the industry. He is also a lifetime member of the International Society for Performance Improvement. He has published a number of articles on training over the years his most recent in the July 2009 issue of Performance Improvement, titled Determining the ROI of an Online English as a Second Language Program. Kelley Troccolo | Boehringer Ingelheim Head of Shared Services Kelley Troccolo joined Boehringer Ingelheim, one of the world’s 20 leading pharmaceutical companies, in March 2003 and is currently Head of the HR Shared Services organization for the U.S. She has almost 20 years of experience with eight years in human resources and eleven years in customer service management; primarily for life science organizations such as United States Surgical Corporation

and Kendro Laboratory Products. In these assignments, Kelley has held positions of increasing responsibility where she created, organized and lead customer service centers for both domestic and international service support. As a human resources generalist she has specific experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management. Additionally she has experience in the area of talent management where she participated on teams that created career ladder and development structures, as well as implemented Strategic Human Capital Planning for the Research, Development and Medical organizations at Boehringer Ingelheim. She was the project manager leading the core team for the HR shared services organization, HR Direct that was implemented in June 2008. Anita Lefebvre | Allergan Inc.Vice President - HR Global Learning & Organizational DevelopmentAnita Lefebvre joined Allergan in February, 2010 as the VP, Global Learning & Organizational Development, a new role created for the first time at Allergan. Allergan is a global leader in the specialty pharmaceutical and medical device industries with a broad range of products covering the ophthalmology, medical aesthetics, medical

dermatology, neurosciences, obesity and urology specialties. Anita is responsible for designing and executing employee and leadership development programs to attract, motivate, develop and retain exceptional talent for today and for the future. Before moving into her current position, Anita spent 18 years at General Electric in Human Resources as well as the Quality Assurance and Six Sigma functions. Anita spent 10 years of her career at GE Healthcare (GEHC), the world leader in healthcare imaging, diagnostics, information technology and life sciences with revenues of $17B. She served as the Senior HR Manager in numerous P&Ls across GEHC, her last role working with the Chief Technology Officer as the Senior HR Manager for the Medical, Science and Technology organization where she helped create the basis of new competition for GEHC by designing a new organization that aligned with a shift in industry paradigm from reactive late disease treatment to proactive early health. She architected and implemented a new global Product Development organization for the imaging business with emphasis on accelerating growth in emerging markets. Stoker began her career in 1987 as a tax professional with Coopers & Lybrand. During her ten years with the company she assumed the lead role for Human Resources in their tax business.
