and he said that theft

episodes should be strictly

prohibited. He said that

mining should be granted in

favour of manjholi stone

crusher. He raised the

question that mining lease

should not be 200 m. away

from the bridge. The govt.

should grant the permission

for lease and same should be

continued as per guide lines

of new mining policy of govt.

zone of 300 m on either side of the

bridge.

He said that due to non –

operation of stone crusher ,

the rates of sand and stone

have been raised and mining

activity should be continue

in Khad and river. He future

said that in earlier, the rate of

sand was Rs.500/- but at

present the rate of the sand

is Rs.1500/-. The

surrounding Panchayats

should got the said and stone

in a concession / cheaper

rate.

activity should be continued

in rivers& khad and they

have no objection to operate

the stone crusher.

He welcomed all of the

people present in public

hearing. He further sad that

we get together here for the

special motive and stone

crusher are also our brothers

and earlier the stone were

lifted through baskets, but

now JCB machines are used

for mining. It is observed

that at night hours JBC

machine is being used in

river he future said that the

mining activity should be far

away from the bridge. The

owner of the Manjholi stone

crusher is a good person and

social reformer and he said

that the JCB machines are

being not used in river. Due

to more mining our water

resource will be affected. The

mining activity should be

carried out as per guidelines

of new mining policy.

by manual method and the depth will

be 1 m.

He said that in our adjoining

there is Punjab State and all

the material transported to

Punjab area from the HP

state in Punjab area the

mining activity is up to 20

feet but in Himachal the

mining activity is up to 50

feet, he future said that the

mining should be granted to

the stone crusher, we got the

opportunity of employment.

No comments Mining activity will done up to the

depth of 1 m and as per the approved

mine plan.

He spoken that the mining

lease should be granted in

favourof stone crusher. Our

children are unemployed

and it is very difficult to

survive, whenever the

mining lease has been

banned since one & half year.

and all the schemes were

effected. Earlier when the

crusher have valid mining

lease, they helped in terms of

money to build the Kuhal for

irrigation purpose. He also

said stone crusher should be

operated and mining activity

should be continued.

during the rainy season and project

proponent will spent Rs40, 000 per

year for Kuhal for irrigation purpose.

He said that JCB machines

should not be used in rivers,

our animals fell down into

lagoons and I am protesting

and against the mining lease

should not be granted.

to the depth of 1m. All measures

should be taken to protect animal &

Conservation plan is also prepared.

A capital cost of Rs6 Lakhs &Rs2 Lakhs

annually for animal conservation

activity.

He said that mining lease

should be granted because

our living is based on this

business. He further said that

mining activity should be

done in scientific manner

and people got employment

opportunity.
