6. CONTRACTOR TO SWEEP STREETS OF ANY DEBRIS OR SEDIMENTS CAUSED BY CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS AND DISPOSEOF AT AN APPROVED LOCATION.
7. CONTRACTOR TO STABILIZE ALL DISTURBED AREAS WITH SEED & MULCH OR APPROPRIATE STREET REPAIR.
8. CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF WATER QUALITY AT 240-313-2600, 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF INSTALLINGTHE SEWER CLEANOUT.
9. EXISTING WATER SERVICES LOCATED ON SITE ARE TO BE TERMINATED. THE CITY OF HAGERSTOWN REQUIRES THAT THESERVICES BE TERMINATED AT THEIR RESPECTIVE MAINS IN VIRGINIA AVENUE AND BOWER AVENUE. THE PROPERTY OWNERSHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE TERMINATION. INCLUDING EXCAVATION, SHORING, BACKFILL,AND RESTORATION.
