Create a directory, e.g. C:\PET (or any other directory of user's
choice) [2] Copy the file "Pet.zip" to C:\PET[3] Unzip the file
"Pet.zip"[4] The following files will be created upon unzipping
Pet.zip: Power Education Toolbox.exe pet.ini pet.err pet.chm
IEEE14Bus.pet[5] Click on the file "Power Education Toolbox.exe" to
activate the toolbox.[6] Click on the Help button on the top far
