This is David Light. He will be playing Mr. Darling and a Pirate in the play.

This performance is not Disney’s Peter Pan. It is Neptune’s Peter Pan. There will be different songs, some new characters, and changes to the characters you might be used to.

Shortly after the show starts, a large fan is brought onstage. This fan blows air onto the characters and the audience. At one point, it looks like one of the actors is stuck to the fan. She is acting as if she is stuck, and is safe.

Shortly after the show starts, confetti is released in front of a large fan. The fan is turned to face the audience, and the confetti is blown into the front few rows. It is safe and light. You are allowed to touch it, or leave it on the floor.

This show is a pop musical. This means the music and singing can be quite loud at times. If you are sensitive to noise, please bring a set of headphones.

There are times when the actors will ask you questions and talk to you. You can answer them if you would like to, but you do not have to. There are other times when the actors are just talking to each other. At these times, you should not try to talk to them.

During the show Peter, Wendy, John, Michael, and a helper fly. They are flying with the help of cables attached to their costumes, that pull them into the air. They have all been trained how to fly with these cables, and they are all safe. Sometimes they act like they get hurt or are scared while flying, but that is just pretend. They are completely safe. In the show there is a dog puppet named Nana. She is not a real dog. An actor named Ryan Wilson is controlling her movement, and barks. His barks make Nana sound like a real dog, but she not. Photos by Stoo Metz Costume design by: Helena Marriott

There is a lot of fog used in the show. Sometimes the fog comes into the first few rows of the audience. It is safe to touch, and goes away in a few minutes.

There are fighting scenes in the show. The swords are pretend, and the actors have practiced the fights to make them look real. At different points in the show, it looks like some actors are stabbed with swords No one is actually getting hurt in these fights, and everyone is safe.

The actors sometimes walk among the audience seats and talk to you. You can talk back if you would like to, or not talk to the actors.
