1 in 6 respondents accurately estimated the costs of attending a UC campus, 1 in 7 accurately estimated costs of attending CSU, most estimated much higher costs

68% of the respondents believe few families and students can afford to pay for college

but 89% think it is common for college students

to receive financial aid
