TasksThe overall goal is to provide the user with the information they need to more easily plan out what clothes they will wear for any given occasion, taking into account the physical state of their clothing items

This is accomplished via three primary components of our application:

• Clothing Management System

• Clothing Configuration Scheduler

• Clothing Configuration Preview (Virtual Mannequin)

TasksClothing Management System

• Stores information for every clothing item entered by the user

• General appearance of the item

• Fabric

• Cleaning instructions

• State information (Is the item clean or dirty/lent out or not?)

• Stores clothing statistics to allow for optimal clothing configuration suggestions based on user preferences and frequency of item use

TasksClothing Configuration Scheduler

• Facilitates the planning out of outfits for future use

• Saves various outfits to user specified dates

• Retains user-entered information about each outfit

• Allows for fast recall of user-entered information for individual outfits without the need to physically load the entire outfit to the virtual mannequin

TasksClothing Configuration Preview

• Provides a means of efficiently previewing and editing various configurations of clothing via the use of a virtual mannequin

• Clothing configurations can be rapidly edited by dragging on and off various articles of clothing

• The save/load feature provided by the Clothing Configuration Scheduler makes for quick mannequin manipulation after some favored clothing configurations have been saved

• The “New Outfit” button allows for quick restarting of the clothing process

UsersTarget demographic – Users between the ages of 15 and 30 whose fashion consciousness varies from mild to strong

Persona – Howard• 24 year old man (recent Cal grad)• Has a successful career in marketing• Leads an active social life• Appreciates organization and efficiency, but is annoyed by the associated time consumption• Seeks a slightly better-than-average life

InteractionObjective – Howard wants to plan out an outfit for tomorrow and then review his previously created outfit for today.
