ABOUT OUR TRAINING
Anyone wishing to use the Rickter Scale must complete our one-day Rickter Scale training course to become a Licensed Practitioner.
We can deliver the training in-house for groups of 8 or more delegates. Alternatively smaller groups and individuals can access our regional training events.
The Rickter IMS (Impact Management System) is a ready-made solution for recording Rickter interview data that, together with the Rickter Scale Process, forms a complete assessment package.
This browser-based data management platform records, analyses and reports on all the Rickter Scale interview data gathered by a Practitioner Team.
Combining qualitative and quantative data, the IMS helps provide an overview of the individuals’ complete journey.
Presenting a clear, aggregate picture of movement and the impact being made by your service, the IMS helps evidence good practice and demonstrates accountability.
The IMS starts at just £500 per annum for 1-4 users.
RICKTER SCALE TRAINING
The Rickter Scale is a hand-held board that engages and motivates individuals to take ownership of their situation by exploring possibility through a carefully structured dialogue. The process is a combination of motivational assessment, evaluation and action planning. This enables the capture of an individual’s journey towards positive, user-defined outcomes. It helps build rapid rapport, drawing out information which may not come to light via more conventional methods.
THE RICKTER SCALE PROCESS
Interview data is recorded using our online Impact Management System which provides aggregation and analysis via reports.
Providing a holistic, integrated approach and developed for use both 1:1 and in groups, di�erent versions of the Rickter Scale board have been developed including Pictorial, Accessibility and Braille.
