Powered cradles intended to be used with BMU roof cars (VENUS, VIPER, parapet trolleys), davits and monorails.
ALTA «P» cradle, max. lifting height 160 m
Fixed Davits Fixed Davits are an economic and simple solution, with ALTA or sOLO powered platform suspended to one or two Davits.
Advantages:
● Low installation cost.
● Lightweight and easy to move on the roof.
● No excess equipment on the roof.
● System can easily be dismantled when not in use.
Powered DavitsTraversing on a track fixed to the parapet, this system leaves the roof freeof equipment whilst providing a simple and efficient solution.

An ideal system for integrating into metal structures and curtain wall facades, as it blends perfectly with the building. The monorails are made of aluminium alloy and may be supplied plain, anodised, or powder-coated.
They can be formed both vertically and horizontally to fully integrate with the facades. All monorails can be fitted with manual or powered trolleys which are easy to operate in complete safety.

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Depending the project and during the FAT, presence of the customer or hisrepresentative can be needed by SECALT™.
The quality department is in charge of the Factory Acceptance Test
1) Check the QIP and documentation listed in FAT report.
2) Static test. This test is made in accordance with NF EN1808. The test will be appliedduring 1 hour with the total suspended load (nominal loads x EN 1808 static safetyfactor) at the issue no permanent deformations is allowed.
3) Dynamic test. During this test we check all movements of the machine with suspendedloads (nominal loads x EN 1808 dynamic safety factor) , all safety, pressure, amperage,position limiters, overload etc..
4) Dimensional checking in accordance with the drawings.
5) Quality control. There is approximately 40 points to be checked during this stage. Paintfinish , electrical wiring quality, assembly of turret casings, etc.. As per FAT check list
6) Clean all points which have been detected during the first 5 stages.
Our quality controllers or technical support technicians can assist to the site acceptancetest of our installations. (According to customer request)
All measurements are recorded in FAT document.
