PERISTALTIC METERING PUMPS SINCE 1957
WHY STENNER PERISTALTIC METERING PUMPS?
Reliable Construction &
Repeatable Injection
Stenner manufactures the peristaltic tube
as a single piece construction and doesn’t
require lubrication. During manufacturing,
the fitting is bonded to the tube material
providing a strong connection because the
fitting is not attached to the tube in a
separate operation. The pump head has a
3-point roller design acting like a check
valve to help prevent backflow, siphoning,
overdosing and loss of prime. The self-
priming pumps deliver accurate dosing and
output reproducibility within 2%.
Practical Design
Solutions are contained in the pump tube
without exposure to air or the moving parts.
The pump can run dry without damage and
will prime when the tank is re-filled. Check
valves are not needed in the pump head.
Less Down Time
The pumps are self-priming and do not lose
prime from off-gassing solutions. De-gassing
valves are not required. All pump components
are easily accessible for timely servicing.
Unique Tube Replacement
The QuickPro® and Econ Quick Release
Stenner offers two unique patented tube replacement methods
differentiating two distinct pump styles; the QuickPro® and the
Econ Pump line. Tools are not required with either method.
The QuickPro® is the pump head designed for the robust
collection of pumps. The pump head cover is used to collapse
the roller assembly when removing the tube and to expand and
lock the roller assembly after the tube has been installed.
The Econ pumps are compact and specifically designed for light
duty applications. Featuring the quick release pump head, the
tube replacement is effortless. Unlatch the cover, slide it off, and
remove the tube. Place the new tube, slide the cover on and latch
the cover.

• The pump is built with detachable sub-assemblies that can be separated without tools.
The Classic Series single head pump is available as a Tank System. The system shipspre-assembled for quick installation.
Time tested, professionally approved
The Classic single head is offered as an adjustable or fixed output pump. The pump has two series, the 45 series and the 85series which are differentiated by the motor revolutions per minute. The 45 has 26 rpm and the 85 has 44 rpm; with the higherrpm the 85 series provides more output while using the same tube sizes as the 45 series pumps.
The output is determined by three factors; the rpm of the motor, the feed rate control setting and the pump tube size. The feedrate control has an external dial ring that is labeled L to 10 offering an adjustable output range from 5% to 100% in 2.5%increments. The fixed pump’s output is determined by the rpm of the motor and the size of the pump tube. The motor’s outputshaft rotates at a fixed rpm which drives the roller assembly within the pump head.

SVP Series
The SVP series is a variable speed pump with automatic or manual control, a DC motor anda detachable pump head.
The four button control pad has an LED display to digitally increase or decrease the motorspeed to adjust the output. The output is adjustable 5% to 100% in 1% increments forprecise chemical injection.
The pump is categorized into two sub-series, SVP1 and SVP4. The SVP1 is manuallyadjustable using the keypad. The SVP4 is designed to respond directly to a 4-20mA inputsignal from water treatment controls including pH and ORP monitors to maintain proper waterchemistry and treatment of effluent discharge water. The SVP4 is equipped with an externalport to accept the signal or it can be manually adjusted with the arrows on the keypad.
The 4-20mA mode makes the SVP well suited for industrial applications, municipal watertreatment and wastewater treatment plants.
Additional applications include:
• Treatment of return wastewater before it can be processed for further usage.
• Injection of liquid biocides in cooling towers for prevention of Legionnaires disease.
• Corrosion, scale, and algae control on plumbing fixtures and water supply equipment.

M128 Series
The M128 is a 1:128 medicator actuated by a dry contact water meter to automaticallymeter solution proportional to the water flow at a rate of one ounce of solution to 128ounces of process water. The series was specifically designed to treat livestock waterwith sanitizers, disinfectants, nutrients and medications.
Performance and simple maintenance is what sets the M128 apart from othermedicators. Unlike water driven proportioners, the M128 is unaffected by scale or solidsin the water source. The simple service consists of periodic replacement of the pump tubeand one piece check valve at the injection point.
The pulse dial is adjustable to work with a dry contact water meter with pulse rates of 1,2, 4 or 10 pulses per gallon or 1 pulse per liter. The pump is pre-set at the factory tooperate with a specific tube size. There is a prime button and standby setting. Thestandby setting can disable the pump while the internal relay allows the pulse watermeter to register water consumption with the house controller.
The M128 series is offered as two models, the M05 or M07. The primary differences arethe output capability and pressure rating. If higher outputs are needed, injecting after thepressure reducer is an option.

ECON FP
The Econ FP is a flow activated pump and can accept a dry contact signal or a 12-24VAC/VDC signal from any control equipment that responds to flow. The functions are easyto program on the six button control pad with a backlit LCD window. The pump has anenclosed housing and can be mounted to a wall. Optional mounting accessories areavailable for purchase.
The pump is perfect for light-duty applications such as drinking water disinfection or pHadjustment for private water wells in homes or farms. In the animal health market such aspoultry hatcheries, the FP can inject nutrients or supplements into the drinking water ordisinfect the water lines with the injection of acids, chlorine or chlorine dioxide.
Three Operating Modes
1. In the SECONDS mode, the pump can receive a dry (non-voltage) contact signal and will run for a set time in response to receiving the signal. The pump can receive the signal from, for example, a water meter or control valve that sends a dry contact signal. There are five pump operating time ranges and the maximum time is displayed in the control panel; the run time is adjustable from 10% to 100% in 1% increments.1 SECOND = 0.1 to 1.0 5 SECONDS = 0.5 to 5.0 10 SECONDS = 1.0 to 10.020 SECONDS = 2.0 to 20.0 60 SECONDS = 6.0 to 60.0
2. In the FLOW SWITCH mode, the pump will accept a dry (non-voltage) contact signal from a 2 wire flow switch and will run at the set speed for as long as it receives the drycontact. The pump speed is adjustable from 10% to 100% in 1% increments. The connection is not polarity sensitive (polarity is not an issue when connecting the flow switch wires).
3. In the AUXILIARY mode, the pump can accept a 12-24 VAC/VDC signal from control equipment that responds to flow and will run at a set speed for as long as it receives the signal. The speed is adjustable from 10% to 100% in 1% increments.

ECON
ECON Integrator™
The Econ Integrator™ provides proportional injection for water treatment on livestockfarms without the expense of additional equipment. The Integrator is a compact pumpwith a water meter operational mode that is time adjusted to accurately inject a fixedamount of chemical per volume of water determined by the pulse rate of the water meterin use. An additional meter dedicated to chemical feed is not required.
The Integrator™ has advantages over traditional water driven pumps. Undiluted solutionscan be injected directly into the water line; the pumps are not harmed by scale, solids, disinfectants or acids. Direct injection eliminates the need for a water bypass that canrestrict the flow to the drinker line.
A built-in repeater relay provides a dry contact output signal that replicates the same signalthe pump receives. The relay feature is especially useful in livestock operations where anexisting dry contact water meter is being utilized to tally water consumption to a controller. When in use with a house controller, the water meter will continue to register waterconsumption to the controller via the pump’s relay in both the standy and active mode. Therelay feature is also perfect for installations requiring multiple pumps, all of which can beactivated by one dry contact water meter.

ECON
ECON Stennicator
The Stennicator injects product directly into the water line at a fixed ratio of 1:128;eliminating a water bypass that can restrict water flow to the drinker lines.
The pump is compact and proportional for livestock operations requiring a dosage ratio of1:128. It functions as a medicator and dispenses iodine, vaccines, acids, chlorine, electrolytes and more. The pump accepts a signal from a water meter providing a drycontact at a rate of 1 or 10 pulses per gallon or 1 pulse per liter.
The Stennicator also features a signal repeater relay that can repeat the incoming signalto another Stennicator, controller or other device. When utilizing a house controller, thestandby setting stops the pump from injecting but it still sends the water meter signal tothe controller.
One Stennicator is utilized when the water consumption is less than 11,356 liters per dayat a water flow of 10.2 liters per minute. Two Stennicators are utilized to achieve 1:128dosing for water consumption for more than 11,356 lpd at a water flow up to 20.4 litersper minute.

PCM Inject by water volume
The PCM (Pump Control Module) is a time adjustable controller that powers a fixed outputpump. It operates with a pulsing dry contact water meter that sends a signal to the PCMwhich actuates the pump to deliver the desired dose based upon water volume. The PCMis only available in 120V 60Hz.
The PCM operating time range is factory set according to the specific model selected, butit can be converted to any of the other available time ranges, so it is not necessary topurchase another model. The time range is converted by changing the position of thejumpers on the printed circuit board located under the PCM’s cover.

Tank System or Tank With or without pump
The Tank System consists of the tank and pump and is built with the Classic single head,M128, or the Econ pumps.
The pumps are vertically mounted over the tank’s containment basin. A rain roof isincluded with Classic series models to help protect the motor in outdoor installations.Tank system part number can be built on the pump page.
The polyethylene construction is both lightweight and rugged. The tank has incrementalsolution level indicators and is equipped with a child resistant lid. Select from two colors,UV resistant gray or translucent white and three sizes, 28.4 liters (7.5-gal), 56.8 liters(15-gal) or 113.6 liters (30-gal).
Tanks are also sold separately
Mixer Stir it up
The Mixer is utilized in applications when injecting solutions that are difficult to keep insuspension. It will retro-fit existing Stenner tank systems or tanks and without anymodifications. The mixing head is sealed to keep it from getting entangled with thesuction line. The sealed design eliminates the need for a suction line guard. The mixer isintended for intermittent use and is available in 7.5, 15 and 30 gallon.
The patent pending design creates a rapid flow in a circular path. The speed andconstant movement delivers high volume output for constant mixing to help keep thechemical in solution and prevent it from settling out around the outer edges of thesolution tank.
