European regulation change sees Empordà olive oil lose statusOlive oil from the Empordà has lost its status as a DO (denominació d’origen in Catalan), at least for the time being.

The change in status is due to modifications in the European regulations requiring olive oil producers to adapt, but a spokesman expects recognition of the DO to be provisionally

restored in about two months.

The DO system covers mainly wines and is similar to the system in France and Italy, but is extended to cover certain foods in Spain too. The idea is to regulate the quality and

geography of certain marques, in this case the DO Oli de l’Empordà, or Empordà Olive Oil.

The Catalan Government attracted 37% more foreign investment in 201247 foreign investment industrial projects, bringing in €331.88 million, landed in Catalonia last year through ‘Invest in Catalonia’, a programme from the Catalan Government. The investment amount is 37% larger than that in 2011, as was announced on Monday by the Catalan Business and Employment Ministry. The 47 projects created 2,324 new jobs and they also allowed companies to keep 2,566 positions. The investment from Germany, France and Japan were those creating more jobs. Furthermore, 33% of the jobs are in the Information and Communication Technologies sector and 28.5% in the automotive sector. Besides, also on Monday, the Spanish Ministry for the Economy and Competitiveness announced that the total foreign investment in Spain dropped by 43%. However, in Catalonia the reduction was only 14%. The Catalan Business Minister, Felip Puig, explained that the Spanish Ministry data includes financial investments, while the ‘Investment in Catalonia’ figures only takes into account industrial and manufacturing projects. In this vein, Puig emphasised that the Spanish Ministry’s data also stated that industrial and manufacturing investments in Catalonia increased by 6.2% and 11% respectively.

The Catalan Government is considering the implementation of a tax on empty flats to be paid by the owning companiesOn Monday morning, the Catalan Minister for Territory and Sustainability, in charge of housing policies, Santi Vila, announced a new tax on empty flats and houses that are owned by private companies and in areas with housing demand. According to Vila, the new tax would not affect individual citizens neither would it be implemented in areas without housing demand. At noon, the President of the Catalan Government, Artur Mas – who was in Brussels on an official visit, confirmed that they are considering the measure, although he emphasised that no final decision has been made yet. The tax would aim to put apartments and houses, owned by banks and real estate companies that remain empty despite being in areas with a demand for housing, back on the market. The expected effect is to increase the amount of housing on offer in those areas and therefore make housing more accessible, especially in the rental market. The Left-Wing Catalan Independence Party (ERC) stated that

they support the measure as it was already included into the stability pact reached with the governing Centre-Right Catalan Nationalist Coalition (CiU). The Catalan Socialist Party (PSC) welcomed the measure but said it was not enough. The Catalan Green Socialist and Communist Coalition (ICV-EUiA) asked the Government to “expropriate” the empty flats they own from the banks. However, the People’s Party (PP) opposed the measure as “the way towards [economic] recovery” is “not via increasing fiscal pressure”.

Rajoy’s measures against linguistic immersion questioned by Brussels and the Spanish State CouncilThe Spanish Government’s Education Reform, that aims to change the Catalan school model that has been in place for the last 30 years and break the linguistic immersion principle, has been questioned at European and Spanish levels on the same day. The European Commissioner for Education, Culture and Multilingualism, Androulla Vassiliou, met 6 Catalan Euro MPs, who had asked to talk to her about the last initiatives against the use of the Catalan language in schools proposed by the Spanish Government – which is chaired by Mariano Rajoy. The Catalan MEPs explained that Vassiliou was “a bit perplexed” about the Spanish Government’s Education Reform and the recent judicial sentences obliging teaching to be in Spanish if a single pupil in the classroom asks for it. According to the MEPs, the European Commissioner asked up to three times if this was true. “She could not understand it”, explained Maria Badia, an MEP from the Catalan Socialist Party (PSC). Vassiliou promised she will ask the Spanish Education Minister, Wert, about the reform. However, she will do it “informally”, at the next European Council of Education Ministers and not by letter or in public, because “she cannot do that”, said Badia.

Besides, the Spanish State Council issued a report against the proposed measure

to oblige the Catalan Executive to pay for private schools in Spanish for those pupils who do not want to attend public schools because they have Catalan as the instruction language. The report states that the measure should not be included as it steps on the power of the Autonomous Communities with their own official language, such as Catalonia. The State Council, which is the Spanish Government’s top advisory body, is made up of some 35 senior members mostly from Madrid’s nomenclature and whose only Catalan member was part of this body even in Franco’s time. Furthermore this institution also criticised the fact that Wert’s Education Reform aims to eliminate the subject ‘Education for the citizenry’, which teaches democratic and ethical values. The Catalan Education Minister, Irene Rigau, talked to the press in the evening and she asked Wert “to paralyse” the reform and “to rethink” his education policy. According to Rigau, “it is clear” that it is the Catalan Government that is the one that has to decide on the linguistic model in Catalonia’s schools. The Spanish Education Ministry issued a press release stating that it will “study” the State Council’s “recommendations”. However, it also emphasised that the State Council’s reports are not binding since it is only an advisory body.

Tourism businesses in l’Escala offer 2 for 1 promotionTourist and leisure related businesses in l’Escala have decided to offer two for the price of one in order to attract more tourists. Hotels, restaurants and other related businesses will offer the discount in the first weekend of June, just prior to the start of the high season.

Since one of the strong points of the Ampurdan town is water related activities, this is naturally one of the focuses of the campaign, which was drawn up by the local Tourist Board. As well as hotels and restaurants, participating businesses include those offering sailing, kayaking, horseback riding and cycling.

Empordà wines posted big sales increase in 2012While Spain seems to be permanently locked down by the economic crisis, there are some good news stories regarding business. One of those is the sale of Empordà wines, which last year posted a 13 percent increase in sales to 4,800 bottles.

The majority of wine designated Denominación de Origen Empordà is sold locally, with 40 percent of sales occurring in the province of Girona, but exports have grown 13 percent to the United Stages, Germany, Norway, Switzerland

and Canada and such has been the increase in demand that two new warehouses have been constructed.

NewsGovernment to crack down on illegal tourist accommodationThe Government has opened the door to prohibit the rental of apartments to tourists. Called the ‘Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos’, the expected changes, see the Government cracking down on what they see as a fight against intrusion. They say that most of the tourists stay in unregulated accommodation.

It seems strange when tourism is the one area of growth in the Spanish economy. Last year Spain received 57.7 million foreign travellers, 2.1% more than in 2011.

The Government says that all the foreigners

need to give accommodation to tourists is a flat they are not using, or even sometimes spare rooms are offered.

The Hotel Patronal estimates that there are around 1.5 million tourist places outside regulation. They are illegal because they do not reach required levels of service.

Decade of growth in Girona homes revealed by new statsThe number of dwellings in the province of Girona grew by nearly 19 percent between 2001 and 2011, according to recently released figures.

The rise is principally due to an increase in the number of main residences as the number of second homes has actually fallen by more than 3 percent, while vacant properties have increased by 5 percent.

Narrowing the focus down to just the Empordà a different picture is painted. Here the number of holiday homes and vacant property makes up more than half

of all dwellings, which will probably be little surprise to anyone familiar with any of the coastal resorts in the off season.

Public hospitals in Catalonia are to start charging for single roomsThe president of the health users’ coordinator, Carmen Sabater, has said this will lead to first and second class citizens. She continued saying it seemed that Catalan hospitals were looking for another co-payment. She added that she know that not all the hospitals were paid for such services, but she blamed the regional government, on which the Cataluña Health Service depends, for allowing a management so lax in hospitals and health centres.

It follows the 11.3% cut in spending enforced by Artur Mas, the Catalan President last year. Having a bed for a family member costs the hospital 70 € a day, and reports say that across 8 hospitals in Cataluña they are ‘renting out’ more than 500 bedside chairs.

54 of the 62 hospitals in Cataluña have their own management team. They depend on municipalities, public bodies, and foundations or private companies,

although they still get some financing from the regional government.

The Generalitat directly controls the eight largest hospitals in the region, grouped together in the Catalan Institute of Health. A spokesmen from the Institute said that they had no intention to offer paid rooms, nor charge for chairs in their hospital.

Summer bus routes will link Girona Airport with Costa Brava resortsThe government of Catalonia, the Generalitat, issued a press release regarding plans to improve public transport in the Costa Brava this summer from Girona airport.

The plans will see the introduction of daily buses to the principal towns in the Baix Empordà in July and August; there will be 12 departures per day from the airport to Palafrugell via Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Platja d’Aro, Sant Antoni de Calonge and Palamós, making it considerably easier for tourists to travel to their resorts as well as

locals needing to get to the airport to fly elsewhere.

The plan will also see the introduction of more routes the following summer to the Alt Empordà; Begur, L’Escala and Cadaqués will also see a bus route introduced from Girona airport in the summer of 2014.

The ‘Rossinyol’ project, example in the fight for equal opportunities and social inclusion in Catalonia Catalonia is a key territory when it comes to the reception of foreigners. Global migratory flow trends have made the foreign population in Catalonia significantly multiply between 2000 and 2012. In this period, Catalonia went from having 181,590 foreigners to 1,186,779. Last year, immigrants represented 15.68% of Catalonia’s total population, and 16.74% of those foreigners were children between 0 and 14 years old. Girona is one of the Catalan provinces that has usually had high immigration percentages, so it is constantly looking for solutions to problems may result from the fact of being a foreigner, such as inequality or social exclusion. The ‘Rossinyol’ project contemplates these issues in its objectives. It is an adapted version of the ‘Nightingale’ project, consolidated in different European cities, and was brought to Girona due to migratory patterns over the last decade. The ‘Rossinyol’ project is based on a mentoring network aimed at accelerating the inclusion process of immigrant children, and local university students play a tutorial role for Primary or Secondary school foreign students

who are in difficult economic and social situations. In 2006, the ‘Rossinyol’ project was implemented for the first time both in Catalonia and Spain thanks to the University of Girona (UdG). Apart from Girona, the project is currently applied by different schools, organisations and Universities in Barcelona and Navarra, a region in the north of Spain.

The ‘Rossinyol’ project dates back to the 1970s in Israel. This country created a national tutorial program, the ‘Perach Project’, aimed at students in difficult circumstances. Later on, in the 90s, the University of Malmö, in Sweden, adapted that project to the city’s context, where more than half the population were of foreign origin.

Forte alliance touristique entre Narbonne et GironaUn partenariat concret s’illustre entre Narbonne et Girona au travers d’une grande exposition de photographies, dont l’inauguration, le 11 mai, a réuni le député et Vice-Président de la Députation de Girona, Xavier Soy, la Vice-Présidente du Grand Narbonne chargée de l’Emploi et de la Formation, Isabelle Herpe, et le Vice-Président en charge de l’Aménagement de l’espace de cet ensemble de 38 communes, José Perera. Cette sélection d’images proposée par la Communauté d’Agglomération du Grand Narbonne est visible au cloître de la Députation de Girona, dont la zone de compétence concerne l’ensemble de la province, à la façon d’un Conseil général français. Intitulée «Des voies et des vies», en français dans le texte, cette réalisation présente les atours naturels et culturels du périmètre languedocien, distant de 155 kilomètres de l’agglomération de Girona, dans une relation européenne absolument nouvelle. En effet, les habitants de Girona peuvent être séduits par les chemins terrestres, fluviaux et maritimes du Grand Narbonne, autant de caractéristiques absentes de leur quotidien. Cette exposition matérialise un accord de promotion culturelle et touristique signé entre les deux institutions, qui additionnent leurs forces.

Depuis 2012, l’alliance entre Narbonne et Girona s’est illustrée par un échange entre élèves des conservatoires des deux villes et une action commune dans le cadre des festivals de théâtre amateur respectifs. Par ailleurs, jusqu’à ce 12 mai, le Patronat de Tourisme Costa Brava Girona expose de manière spectaculaire à la Foire de Printemps de la ville «Carrefour des Suds», où est installé un village de 24 chalets vantant les zones maritimes et montagneuses, la gastronomie ou encore la culture et les activités de loisirs de la province de Girona. Etrangers l’un par rapport à l’autre, suffisamment éloignés pour mal se connaître et assez proches et ambitieux pour se fréquenter, la députation de Girona et le Grand Narbonne écrivent leur propre scenario, dans un intérêt commun de développement économique.

Un gang d’autoroute arrêté à GironaUn groupe organisé a été intercepté les 11 et 12 avril sur deux aires de repos de l’autoroute AP-7 de la province de Girona, après l’identification d’une série de vols perpétrée sur des camions de marchandises. La police catalane, qui a communiqué sur cette opération le 21 avril, annonce avoir mis la main sur 11 individus domiciliés dans la banlieue de Barcelone.A l’issue de plusieurs semaines d’enquête, la police catalane, les Mossos d’Esquadra, a révélé le dimanche 21 avril avoir procédé à l’arrestation de 11 personnes supposées être impliquées dans une série de vols, généralement nocturnes, sur l’autoroute AP-7. Ce groupe organisé, dont 8 membres ont été interceptés sur l’aire de services de La Selva, située au Sud de l’aéroport de Girona, et trois autres sur celle de Medinyà, au Nord, soustrayait une partie de la marchandises de camions stationnés dans ces deux zones. Les agents, qui ont désactivé ce gang les 11 et 12 avril, recensent 8 individus de nationalité marocaine, un de nationalité espagnole, un

autre de nationalité libanaise et un dernier de nationalité libyenne.Le groupe, domicilié dans les villes de Sabadell et Sant Coloma de Gramenet, Barcelone, découpait les bâches des poids-lourds avant de se saisir de la marchandise. Une veille organisée sur l’aire de services de Medinyà a permis l’identification d’un premier individu, dont le véhicule contenait des boîtes de jouets, subtilisées dans un semi-remorque. La police a rapidement mis la main sur deux complices, puis une autre observation, sur l’aire de La Selva, a permis l’arrestation des 8 autres voleurs. Les agents ont été alertés par la présence étrange de plusieurs hommes autour d’une fourgonnette, qui s’est avérée contenir plusieurs dizaines de produits électroniques dans leurs emballages. Après la détection de ce lot, prélevé la nuit précédente dans un camion immatriculé en Pologne, une dernière opération, sur le même lieu, a permis d’intercepter un lot de 50 sacs de pistaches et de 44 vêtements de marque.

Argent au noir: 18,6 % en Espagne, 10 % en FranceL’économie parallèle occupe une place importante dans l’Union européenne, où l’Espagne, à 18,6 % de son PIB occupé par l’argent au noir, se situe dans la moyenne. Les difficultés rencontrées par l’Etat espagnol dans la collecte de l’impôt expliquent partiellement un problème qui concerne la France à hauteur de 10 %, l’Allemagne à 13 % et l’Italie à 21 %.

L’économie parallèle représentera en 2013 jusqu’à 18,6% du PIB espagnol, contre 18,5 % en moyenne européenne, selon une information diffusée le 7 mai par la société Visa. Une étude fouillée, communiquée par le spécialiste de la carte bancaire, fournit un comparatif européen de la part réservée à l’argent au noir, la Grèce occupant la première place, à 24 %. Cette forte proportion est suivie à 21 % par celle de l’Italie, de l’Allemagne, à 13 %, puis viennent la France et le Royaume-Uni, à 10 %. En Espagne, le principal secteur économique rompu à la rémunération du travail sans contrat ou aux paiements sans factures, invariablement effectués en liquide, est celui du bâtiment, où cette proportion

atteint le chiffre explosif de 29 %. Suivent l’industrie, à 24 %, le commerce, à 20 %, puis les bars et de la restauration, à 15 %. Par ailleurs, l’organisme Eurostat classe l’Espagne au 21e rang européen en matière de capacité à collecter les différents impôts en regard avec la taille de l’économie du pays. La proportion occupée par l’économie sous le manteau tend à expliquer cette caractéristique, qui présente cependant une amélioration, car l’économie au noir, qui y représentera cette année 195,6 milliards d’euros, atteignait 19,2 % en 2009. Au sein de l’Union européenne, les champions hors catégorie restent la Slovaquie, à 31 % du PIB, suivie de la République tchèque, la Lituanie et l’Estonie, chacune à 28 %.

Les prostituées de l’établissement Paradise de la Jonquera méritent la dignité, comme le défend l’Agence Espagnole de Protection des Données. Saisi par la police catalane en 2012, cet organisme inflige une pénalité de 51.000 euros au club de commerce sexuel, dont la vidéosurveillance, qui scrutait aussi le vestiaire où les filles se déshabillent, a constitué une «intromission dans l’intimité».Après la révélation, en février, d’un assujettissement des prostituées de la maison de passe Lady Dallas, située dans la commune de Capmany, sans réelles conséquences, une pénalité judiciaire intervient à l’encontre du Paradise. Cet autre club, situé dans la zone industrielle de la commune voisine de La Jonquera, a fait l’objet, le 15 avril, d’une amende de 51.000 euros infligée par l’Agence Espagnole de Protection des

Données (AEPD). Cet organisme public dénonce la présence de deux caméras de vidéosurveillance installées par la direction du club de l’homme d’affaires José Moreno dans les vestiaires des employées. Le bordel Paradise, symbole de la prostitution de masse en Catalogne, a fait l’objet d’une inspection des Mossos d’esquadra, la police catalane, en mai 2012, dans le cadre d’une opération de contrôle de ses systèmes de sécurité. Les agents ont relevé 16 caméras, fournissant des images enregistrées en permanence, conservées 10 jours et et consultables sur un écran disposé dans le bureau du directeur de l’établissement. Cependant, les images saisies sur deux d’entre elles, placées dans les vestiaires, montraient les professionnelles se déshabillant.

Empuriabrava: un cadavre dans un conteneurLa dépouille d’un homme de nationalité étrangère, âgé d’une quarantaine d’année, a été identifiée le 26 avril dans le quartier résidentiel d’Empuriabrava, proche de la ville de Roses. La police catalane indique la possibilité d’une mort violente, par égorgement, car le cadavre, découvert dans un conteneur à poubelle, était entouré d’une grande quantité de sang.Selon les premières hypothèses, il s’agit d’un homme d’une quarantaine d’années, de nationalité étrangère, qui aurait été victime de mort violente par égorgement. La dépouille a été repérée à 8h30 par une habitante du quartier, venue jeter sa poubelle. Son mari témoignait en milieu de journée : “ma femme a vu deux jambes qui dépassaient, et elle est venue m’en informer”.La levée du corps s’est déroulée à midi, préalablement à une prise en charge

confiée au groupement scientifique du Service de recherches criminelles des Mossos d’Esquadra. Pendant plusieurs heures, le secteur Medes d’Empuriabrava a été ceinturé par les autorités, qui certifient une présence abondante de sang autour du cadavre, retrouvé enfoui au milieu du contenu du conteneur. L’enquête a été confiée au juge de garde de Figueres, qui a décrété le secret de l’instruction.

Over de opkomst bestond nog enige onenigheid tussen de organisatie en de politie van de stad. Volgens de eerste waren er 100.000 demonstranten en de politie bracht dat terug tot zo’n 5.000 personen.

Mensen zijn woedend over de voorgenomen privatiseringen binnen het onderwijs en de zorg als gevolg van de bezuinigingsmaatregelen die het begrotingstekort van land en regio’s moet terugdringen.

De Passeig de Gràcia kleurde vanaf een uur of twaalf geel (symbool voor het onderwijs) en groen (symbool voor de zorg). Op spandoeken stond ‘Vechten voor arbeids- en sociale rechten is de toekomst verdedigen’ of ‘We stoppen deze asociale begrotingen, samen lukt ons dat’. ‘Tijdelijk vertrek crisislanden uit euro’.

Girona klaar voor nieuwe editie “Temps de Flors” bloemen festivalDe stad Girona is weer klaar voor het jaarlijks terugkerende Temps de Flors waarbij het oude centrum van de stad bedekt wordt met bloemen. In totaal zal het Temps de Flors festival, wat gehouden wordt tussen 11 en 19 mei, 145 plaatsen hebben waar bloemen te zien zijn zoals bijvoorbeeld in het klooster Sant Pere Galligants, op de Rambla de la Libertat of op de brug Puente de las Peixateries Velles.

Als je van bloemen houdt en in de buurt bent van de stad Girona, is het zeker de moeite waard om een bezoekje te brengen aan het centrum van de hoofdstad van de Costa Brava. Elke dag tussen 10 en 21 uur en op woensdag en zaterdag tot middernacht tussen 11 en 19 mei kunnen de bezoekers de binnenplaatsen, trappen, pleinen, monumenten en andere plaatsen die

bedekt zijn met duizenden bloemen bewonderen.

Dit jaar is het alweer de 58e editie van dit inmiddels toeristische interessante festival waar jaarlijks duizenden toeristen, zowel buitenlanders alsook Catalanen en Spanjaarden, op af komen. Om ook de inwoners van Girona, die vaak zelf niet komen kijken, te bewegen om eens een kijkje te komen nemen, zijn er twee avonden waarbij de bloemen tot middernacht te bewonderen zijn.

Bezuinigingen in de zorg: de minder bedeelde patiënt dubbel gepakt?Na de ernstige bezuinigingen van de afgelopen periode, wordt de Spaanse patiënt in de deelstaat Catalonië geconfronteerd met een nieuw fenomeen: wie wat extra wenst, kan dat krijgen tegen betaling.

Het was natuurlijk al langer zo geregeld in de particuliere gezondheidszorg: patiënten betalen voor hun zorg met ongekende

mogelijkheden van ruime suites in het ziekenhuis tot een heuse VIP behandeling.

In Catalonië ontstaan dit soort trends nu ook in de publieke ziekenhuizen: wil de patiënt een eigen kamer met een slaapstoel voor een familielid, dan kost dat 40 euro. Een privé kamer met een apart bed voor de familie, kost 70 euro. Er zou zelfs sprake zijn

van e mogelijkheid om tegen betaling de wachtlijst te passeren.

Dorp in de buurt van Barcelona heeft 228 auto’s per inwoners geregistreerd staanEen drop van slechts 300 inwoners in de provincie Barcelona heeft maar liefst 60.000 voertuigen geregistreerd staan. Het dorp Aguilar de Segarra heeft geen winkels, er staan slechts een handjevol huizen en er wonen slechts 300 mensen waarvan het merendeel ook nog eens oud is. Toch staan er per inwoner maar liefst 228 auto’s geregistreerd.

De reden waarom er zoveel auto’s geregistreerd staan in het kleine dorp is het feit dat er slechts per jaar tussen de 10 en 15 euro betaald hoeft te worden voor de wegenbelasting. Dat is in sommige gevallen maar liefst 10 keer minder dan in grotere plaatsen en dan al

helemaal veel minder dan in Barcelona.

Het gaat echter niet om alleen maar particulieren die hier hun voertuig hebben geregistreerd maar vooral om autoverhuurbedrijven die zo veel kosten besparen. Er zijn maar liefst 12 verhuurbedrijven die hun hoofdkantoor hebben in Aguilar de Segarra, op papier.

Het eerder genoemde dorp is echter niet het enige dorp waar veel auto’s geregistreerd staan aangezien nog geen 10 kilometer verder het dorp Rajadell met 500 inwoners maar liefst 40.000 geregistreerd heeft staan, dat komt neer op 80 auto’s per inwoner.

Wat te doen bij zonne-allergie?Ongeveer 1 op de 10 mensen heeft last van zonne-allergie. Sommige mensen hebben dat ieder jaar aan het begin van de zomer, anderen hebben nooit last gehad, maar krijgen het opeens. Na een paar zomers kunnen de klachten ook weer verdwijnen.

De klachten bestaan uit een sterk gespannen warme en rode huid, met daarop vaak sterk jeukende bobbeltjes op de aan de zon blootgestelde gedeelten, met name hals, nek en onderarmen. Soms zijn er ook blaasjes of schilferingen aanwezig. De huidafwijkingen kunnen zich uitbreiden naar de bedekte delen van het lichaam. De klachten ontstaan meestal binnen 1 tot 2 dagen, bij uitzondering tot 5 dagen na de blootstelling aan de zon.

Bij de meeste patiënten beginnen de klachten ieder voorjaar en verdwijnen bij herhaalde, gedoseerde blootstelling aan zonlicht, in de loop van een paar weken. Sommige mensen hebben het alleen tijdens de wintersportvakantie. Met name UV-straling is de boosdoener, en de klachten kunnen dus ook ontstaan achter glas, bij lichte bewolking, in de schaduw, of door de zonnebank.

Voorkomen is beter dan genezen.

Als u in het voorjaar uw huid geleidelijk blootstelt aan de zon, gebruik maakt van een zonnebrandmiddel met een goede beschermingsfactor, en de zon in elk geval mijdt tussen 11 en 15 uur, is de kans op zonne-allergie veel minder.

Behandeling:

Als u eenmaal klachten hebt, zijn er een paar mogelijkheden.

de zon te blijven gaan de klachten vanzelf over binnen 7 tot 10 dagen. Dat is op vakantie natuurlijk een lastig advies, maar het helpt wel het beste.

een hoge beschermingsfactor helpen gedeeltelijk om erger te voorkomen, maar het moet er niet toe leiden, dat u dan langer in de zon blijft. Dat kan de klachten verergeren.
