Why this change now?
In our continued effort to provide an integrated platform
for the MAPMG employee life cycle, we are pleased to
introduce the addition of performance appraisals to our
Ultipro system! Ultimate Software (Ultipro) is currently
used for recruiting, on boarding, benefits enrollment and
payroll administration. Therefore, the addition of the
performance appraisal function will provide a
streamlined and consistent approach to this process.
