strengthen and promote the proper environment for thedevelopment of
the securities market n the Republic of Panam, n compliance with
regulationcontained in the Securities Law, makes the following
public statement:
That the Panamanian company named:
PERFECT MONEY FINANCE CORP., registered under Microjacket
#655216, Document#1267339 in the Mercantile Section of the Public
Registry, has not been granted any kind oflicense by the SMV, or
has been authorized to carry on activities of intermediation,
administration,or advisory in securities, financial instruments or
forex, in or from the Republic of Panam, withinthe scope of the
Securities Law.
PERFECT MONEY FINANCE CORP. does not have own offices in Panam,
the office and ts P.O.Box claim in ts website
https://perfectmonev.com, belong to the companies Azuero
BusinessCenter, Inc. and Panam Net Buy, which provides online
shopping services.
The companies Azuero Business Center, Inc. and Panam Net Buy,
have not been issued anykind of license by the SMV, or have they
been authorized to carry on activities of
intermediation,administration, or advisory n securities, financial
instruments or forex, in or from the Republic ofPanam, within the
scope of the Securities Law.
