Searches of passengers at airports. In People v.Gatward, 267 SCRA 785, it was held that when the accused checked in hisluggage as a passenger of a plane, he agreed to the inspection of his luggage inaccordance with customs laws and regulations, and thus waived any objection toa warrantless search.
