The class combines Vinyasa with therapeutic yoga (open stretch and realign the body) Lunes 9:00 Kettlercise con Maite Using kettlebells is different to normal weight training as many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously. Elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training. Not suitable for those with injuries/low fitness. Viernes 9:00 Sun Power Yoga con Sylvia Carlow Sun Power Yoga is an eclectic mix of Iyengar for correct alignment, Sivinanda for breath control and Ashtanga Vinyasa for strength. The emphasis in the class will be to improve strength, flexibility and relaxation. Asanas (postures) that are held along with a flowing, dynamic yoga sequence will energise the body and mind and will increase flexibility. In each session alternative positions are offered for those that are less flexible and the sequence can be made stronger for those that want to challenge themselves further, making this class suitable for a range of students. Sábado 9:00 Functional Training con Mateo Galindo Functional Training with Mateo Galindo. Mateo uses a range of the gym equipment and also has exercises using your own body weight. It is for all levels and he says all the movements he uses in the class mimic movements we naturally do so there should be no body injuries as a result of doing his class. We provide all equipment including yoga mats and other equipment. We also provide showers, rituals shower gel, towels and a hair dryer. Members 10 per hour lesson : Non-members 15 Member Loyalty Packs Non-Member Loyalty Pack Option 1 : Monthly payment of 150 - attend any class during the month Option 2 : Pay 100 for a 12 lesson pass which can be used over a year Option 3 : Pay 50 for a 6 lesson pass which can be used in a month Option 4 : Pay 30 per month for access to the gym when classes not on. Option 1 : Buy a 2 week pass for 120 and you can attend all classes within that period and have access to the cinema. Option 2 : Buy 10 classes worth 150 (Non member price) for 120 Valid for 3 months
