A LOOK BACK
25 Years ago (March 1990) –
Editors note –
75 Years ago (Mar 1940) –
“We belong to Columbus, 75, of Chambersburg, PA. The oldest Lodge in Franklin, the biggest too we’ll say. Six hundred strong we’ve travelled the road to Jericho, And what we got along the way is something you all know.
“We’re always full of pep and vim, to boost the Lodge along, And soon you’ll see Columbus Lodge a thousand members strong. We always try to do our best to put the work across, Our goat has got more action than a thoroughbred race horse. “So here’s a toast to all our pals And our Grand Master too, Our state can well be proud of him He’s true-blue through and through.
Three cheers for our Grand Master – Hooray – Hooray – Hooray We know that you all feel the same as Chambersburg, PA.”
