A single plug is needed to power the phonebooth - the power cables are 2m long and can be plugged into a floor box underneath or a nearby wall plug.

All of our products are made in house in the UK. Any components that are bought in are manufactured within a 10mile radius of our facilities.

To make the most of the time in Penelope, various power options can be added to ensure you are fully topped up on your laptop / mobile device, allowing you to video call for hours on end. We recommend table tops power.

How we work

Order ConfirmationOn receipt of a clear purchase order an Order Confirmation will be emailed within 24 hours. Any discrepancies on the Order Confirmation need to be raised immediately.

Lead TimeOn most standard products lead time is 4 - 6 weeks. If you require delivery sooner, get in touch and discuss with our team, we do our best to meet the tightest deadlines.

Quality ControlVery occasionally things go wrong, if you are not happy with any aspect of the product / service please get in touch. We are very proud of our products and want you to be too. We will get back to any issues within 24 hours with a detailed plan of action.

Delivery and Install OptionsTailgate delivery is free of charge on all orders over £500.00 (there is a £50 charge on orders under £500).Installation is free of charge on all orders over £10,000 (there is a £300 charge on orders under £10,000.)
