Pelco 9760 CC1 Computer Configuration Files Transfer

Items Needed: 3.5” Floppy AT Keyboard (5pin Din)

Pelco 9760 System Manager (v8.xx) Once program is ready to export. Top Icon Bar, Click “Write File”. You should see what is pictured below. Click on “Select” Config File Source, (new window next slide)

Double Click on your video file.

Insert 3.5” Floppy into your Windows Floppy Drive Select 3.5” Floppy (A:) Select “OK” or “Save”

Click on Start, to begin the File copy to the floppy drive.

Once export is complete, The window will say finished. The files on your floppy disk should look as pictured.

Remove Floppy Disk.

HD15 Monitor cable to a computer Monitor. Camera 500 on some systems.

Connect the composite video output of the CC1 Computer to a Video Monitor

Insert Floppy into Floppy Drive Connect AT Keyboard

*****WARNING – Proceeding any further will disable the Pelco Matrix System. All Pelco joystick keyboards will go OFFLINE. Selecting and controlling cameras will stop.

Operators will still see the last camera they have on their monitors. When the CC1 Computer reboots, the operators will need to Log In on their Pelco joystick, plus

they may need to select the cameras they were previously viewing.******

Press and hold “Control” then Press “Q” Release Both

At the dos Prompt, type in “replace” and hit Enter/Return

Make sure Floppy is in the Floppy Drive. Press any key.

The files will copy from the Floppy to the Hard Drive. Pressing any key at the end will automatically run the Pelco Program.

When you see the color squares again, you are finished. Make sure you REMOVE the Floppy Disk from the drive.

You can remove the AT Keyboard connection.
