We learn to look at our own writing in a different way. Peer review creates a learning atmosphere for both individuals. This helps to gain another person’s perspective. It can create personal and professional development. Considered as a learning process. One information and people understand / comprehend it differently. This can help active learning through discussions. We always look for feedback to improve our work. It’s kind of peer review. As a nurse we always try to get feedback from our peers when we have a critical situation at work. IT helps us not to take critiques personally but as a method to improve ourselves. Creates professionalism. Helps to give constructive feedback. Sharing ideas to better learning. I got a chance to review one of my team mates paper. The paper was well organized. The introduction to the paper was with a past personal experience which I thought was very interesting. The author was well aware of the different learning styles and her personal learning styles. In the paper the author discuss about strategies for academic success was clearly stated. The language was simple and easy to follow. There were very few minor recommendations made to the paper The critique that I received was constructive feedback. I got better ideas on how my learning styles have affected my past and previous learning experiences.APA format.The critique that I received for my paper were positive.
