The High Frequency Welding process eliminates the sparkling in the welding zone preventing the presence of pin holes in the interior of the Mother Shell

Laser welding for stainless steel is done with state of the art equipment, offering a high quality seam especially valuable at the automotive industry

With a computer controlled atmosphere, temperature and gas. As a result of the heat treatment we obtain a bright annealed tube. PEASA has 2 heat treatment furnaces; the current capability is 1,500 tons each per month.

• Mair automated packaging line SQHEX 150/d/6/sl, for tubes max. OD 127x7mm.

• Oto Mills model 1277 RTC AS Tube mill, capacity of 38-127 mm of outside diameter, and wall thickness up to 7 mm.

This new investments have increased our capabilities up to 600,000 pieces per month in cut to length, and our capacities in drawn over mandrel up to 2,200,000 meters per month. In general our capabilities have increased up to 80,000 metric tons per year.

Certifications: •ISO 9000 •ISO TS 16949 •AS9100 in process. In the search of greater quality and efficiency PEASA has been certified by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. as an ISO/TS 16 949 enterprise. ISO/ TS 16 949 is a world renowned norm that embraces the quality management for the supply chain of the automotive industry. Currently PEASA is in the AS9100 certification process, we expect to have the certification by the end of October 2014.
