A. What advice can you give Jennifer?

a. Write at least 2 sentences of things she should do. b. Write at least 2 sentences of things she ought to do. c. Write at least 2 sentences of things she had better do or …. (remember to include

the result if she doesn’t do it) d. Write at least 3 sentences of things she shouldn’t do e. Write at least 3 sentences of things she had better not do or….

B. Then write questions that you can ask your partner in class. (Write at least 7 questions—use

“what” “when” “where” “why” “who” and two yes/no questions ) Example a. Question: What should Jennifer do with the window?

C. Write 3 questions where Jennifer politely asks for help D. Write 3 questions where you ask Jennifer for permission to do something for her.

You will have 12 sentences and 13 questions. Write neatly on a separate piece of paper. Double space (skip a line) between sentences. Be prepared. Check your writing for mistakes with modals. Remember any mistake with the form of the modal results in a minus point. Check of other grammar errors too including question word order and capitalization and spelling. These errors will result in minus points.
