DESCRIPTION:Achieve all of your lighting application objectives with only one universal high-performance architectural housing. The Fusion ER3-LED is a 3” LED Universal Downlight that can accept, Round and Square Trims for both trim and trim-less applications (using an ER3-TL for round or ES3-TL for square trim-less mud ring). The universal functionality and fully adjustable of the ER-3 Downlight can be utilized as a Recessed directional, accent, wet location shower , and downlight. The Fusion ER3 series is ideal for retail, hospitality, commercial, and high-end residential applications. Designed for new construction installations and suitable for use in IC and Non IC applications. Plus, the Eco-friendly Elite LED system features 70% lumen maintenance at 50,000 hours life, with Energy Star and California Title-24.

HOUSING:Thermally protected, specification grade adjustable recessed housing. For new construction insulated ceilings where housing will be in direct contact with insulation. Die-formed all aluminum construction matt black painted for maximum heat dissipation, rust protection and glare free illumination.

LED LIGHT ENGINE:High color rendering of 90+ CRI and guaranteed color consistency with a binning of a 2 step MacAdam Ellipse Scale. Available in: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K CCT. Also Available in Vibrant LED, Smart Dimming LED, Smart White and Smart Hue ( Check page N. 2 for more information)

OPTICS: ER3 offers a choice of Spot at 10° or 18°, Medium at 25° or 35° and Wide at 45° or 50° distribution options to achieve any prescribed design. ER3 offers field changeable optics in either in a downlight, wall-wash, accent or adjustable application. The versatility in adjustability allows for endless options for your lighting design goals.

COLLAR BRACKET:Adjusts vertically and can accommodate any ceiling from ½” up to 1” thickness. Please consult factory for custom or thicker ceiling applications. Integral laser beam slots allow the use of guide strings or leveling laser guns to ensure that all luminaries are installed in an level and straight plane.

ELECTRICAL/ TRANSFORMER:Junction box and Driver can be accessed from below the ceiling and above the ceiling. Junction Box is Listed for through branch circuit wiring,12 AWG 90º C supply Conductors, and has four 1/2” KOs, one 3/4” KO and four Romex knockouts with true pry-out slots and strain clamps.

MOUNTING:Preinstalled bar hangers allow housing to be positioned and locked at any point within a 24” joist span. They can be positioned on either the long or short axis of the housing and can be shortened for 12” joists. They contain a double-headed real nail for secure attachment into the joist. Bar hanger nails are installed on a 20º downward angle for better contact, and the 90º pivoting mounting plate makes installation fast and accurate. Bar hangers can fit onto T-Bar spline with additional slots and holes for special mounting methods if necessary. Butterfly brackets are also provided and are constructed from 18-gauge steel and can be adjusted vertically. Butterfly brackets may be installed with 3/4” or 1-1/2” lathing channel, 1/2” EMT, or optional C-Channel mounting bars are available.

HIGH PERFORMANCE - Operating system delivers 900, 1200, 2000 lumens. All Fusion LED luminaires are rated at 90+ CRI, and are binned to within 2 MacAdam ellipses. Fusion’s highly selective LED chips produce zero ultraviolet and virtually no infrared light. All LED luminaires are rated and tested to LM-79 and LM-80 standards by an independent laboratory.

VIBRANT - Vibrant is the perfect solution for any application with precision color control or special purpose lighting application. Vibrant by FUSION is a high chromatic option in downlighting that enables a vivid appearance of color. Vibrant has CRI and R9 values up to 98 delivering you the purest color LED lighting can offer. Vibrant series is available in four different CCT/CRI/R9 combinations:

CRISP WHITE (CW-42K) has an CRI of 96 and R9 value of 93 and is designed for most retail applications, especially for jewelry and gems.WARM WHITE (WW-34K) has an CRI of 95 and R9 value of 93 and is designed for Healthcare applications.TWILIGHT (TL-32K) has an CRI of 96 and R9 value of 98 and is designed for Hospitality, high-end residential, high-rise condominiums.RED GLOW (RG-37K) has an CRI of 66 and is designed to be used in restaurants and grocery stores, especially to show products in the produce, meat, fish, and poultry departments.

SMART HUE - Smart Hue by FUSION is a Color Tuning Downlight across a tuning range of 4000-1650K (SH-RGB-W-40K-16K). Light can be dimmed from 100-1% while maintaining constant CCT. Gradients of saturated colors from 1-100% can be added to color points within the tuning range. Smart Hue can change a spaces’ atmosphere by manipulating the color temperature of the room. For instance, the temperature is warm at sunrise, cool at noon high, and warm again by sunset. With Smart Hue, you can mimic the daylight patterns in indoor space with electric light or gradients of saturated colors from 1-100% that can be added to color points within the tuning range. This creates a more contrasting environment, which is perceived to be more exciting to the brain and helps people to adjust their moods accordingly.

SMART DIM - Smart dimming is a new technology to mimic a traditional incandescent technology through dimming. Using Smart Dim, you can dim smoothly from 3000K to 1600K. It is ideal for hospitality and residential application, all while maintaining high lumen output for the most stringent energy codes today’s legislation requires. Smart dimming comes pared with high CRI of 90+ and superior lumen output. This game changing technology delivers rich and warm light to enhance each environment.

SMART WHITE- Smart White is a tunable white technology to allow you to color tune your space without compromising delivered light levels all the while maintaining CRI of 90+ across the tunable range of 4300K to 2100K. Smart White is an excellent choice for Commercial, Institutional and Retail Space. If you want a more vivid and lively atmosphere, you can delve into the crisper bluer light 4100K has to offer. If wish to relax and change the mood to calming feel in your space, your shift into the warmer tones of 2100K. Flexibility on the system, allows your space a dynamic and variable environment suitable for a wide range of activities. AIMING:Fusion ER3’s proprietary hot aiming system allows the lamp to be positioned at the perfect setting to ensure the proper position of the beam of light before trim is installed. Lamp holder is designed to ensure that the center beam of the light bulb emerges out of fixture at any angled position from 0° to 45°. The lamp holder contains degree markings, rotates 359° horizontally and 45° vertically without the use of any tools. The lamp holder is lockable at both the vertical and the horizontal plane. The integrity of the design and lamp positioned are kept during servicing the fixture.

TOOL-LESS ADJUSTABILITY:Of the luminaire is to ensure what ever position is desired up to 45 degrees the beam and maximum lumen power is exiting the fixture accordingly.

EASY ACCESS:From the top of the fixtures allows ease of rotation and the ability to adjust without complicating the installed luminaire environment.
