Neal did a wonderful job as co-­primary for this site. The Primary and the PDC were not there for live week and Neal stepped to the task. He was always in communication with me and completed his daily summaries and had them emailed to me the same day. I have been impressed with his abilities and his desire to make the install a successful one. He gets along with his co workers and with the facility staff. I have not heard anything negative about him. He is one of my go to people when I am choosing a primary or a co-­primary for my sites
