Optimize Your Existing PCoIP ® Deployment A PCoIP Training and Health Check is designed for those that have a PCoIP solution in place and want to empower their IT staff how to best manage and support their current setup. Our certified team will provide hands-on training to assist with the installation, configuration, administration, maintenance and support of the chosen product. The list of products include and are not limited to Cloud Access Software (including Cloud Access Manager), PCoIP Zero Clients & Management Console Enterprise, PCoIP Remote Workstation Cards, and more. Your team will learn tips on optimizations, deployment best practices and user management. PCoIP Training and Health Check can be delivered via a one-day offsite or a two-day onsite option. This is determined in a Statement of Work that is defined prior to the training and may depend on conditions such as security or hardware setup. Phase 1: Installation and Configuration Teradici will conduct a complete product overview to provide everyone a common baseline knowledge level. We will then walk you through installing the product from scratch in your given learning environment and configure it for a small scale functional PCoIP setup. Phase 2: Management Tools and Optimization Teradici will walk you through setup, access and use of management tools for the given product. This includes version and firmware upgrades as applicable. We’ll also conduct optimizations involving health check assessments, security review and guidelines. Phase 3: Support Tools and Troubleshooting Teradici will provide examples of common issues and how to perform basic troubleshooting. We will cover support tools, generating support bundles to equip you on quickly gathering relevant log information. These can be provided to our global support team to efficiently investigate technical issues.
