PCB Libraries, Inc. reserves the right to modify this license at any time. Whensignificant updates to this agreement are made, PCBL will email you any updatesto the email used to purchase our product(s). You should not assume you have a right to use the software in any specific way other than how stated in this license. If you are unsure about the licensing and/or use or intended use of this software in any way, you should contact PCB Libraries (http://www.PCBLibraries.com) immediately to address any question and clarify any respective issue.

Should any part of this license not be clear or specific, user shall ask PCBL to clarify.

If you use a trial license, you may use it ONCE and for the SPECIFIED TIME LIMIT. Any other use is a violation of the this Agreement. Trial software is not to be used for more than the original time specified, whether or not installed on another computer to obtain extended use. PCBL makes available Trial Extension Keys for those interested in purhcasing the software but need more time to evaluateand/or obtain purchase approval.

If your company purchased a license for this software, it belongs to your company (unless otherwise arranged between you and your company), and you should no longer use the software upon your termination at the company unless you purchase another license.

This software may be used only for the purpose of generating calculations and ouputs to make your work more efficient. Use of this software to create data, libraries, or other output that is to be sold or distributed is strictly prohibited.

License InformationThree license options are available from PCB Libraries: Single User, Site, and World. The type of license you or your company purchased is specified on your rec

eipt and/or invoice.

WORLD LICENSEThe World License allows employees of your company to distribute and install the software or any outputs of this software on unlimited number of computers at all company facilities, world-wide. This license does not permit distribution of the software to any party other than your company employees. Any data generated by this program is not to be distributed to anybody outside your company withoutwritten permission from PCBL.

SITE LICENSE

The Site License allows you and your company to distribute and install the software or any outputs of this software on unlimited number of computers at one single facility, or other company-owned facilities within a half mile radius. Any data generated by this program is not to be distributed outside your company sitewithout written permission from PCBL.

SINGLE USERThis license grants you the right to install the software or any outputs of this software on one single computer, regardless of who uses it when. Any data gener

ated by this program is not to be distributed to anyone without written permission from PCBL. This license grants you the right to install and use one version of the purchased software on a single computer. One backup copy can be made. Unless you purchased a site license, this software may not be placed on a computer where it is accessible by other computers (eg. via a network or any other kind of direct-PC connections). This license may be superseded by Site Licences.

This software, any upgrades or license cannot be distributed or re-sold. PCB Libraries is the sole entity that is authorized to sell licenses to use this software.

You do not have the right to reverse-engineer or attempt replication of any code (in part or in whole) or formulas used by this software. You are not authorized to replicate, any text, function or calculation of this software, especially for the purpose of sharing or selling to others. If you illegally use this software, PCB Libraries is entitled to all profits resulting from such illegal use.

You are not authorized to remove any identifying information (logo, copyright notice, license) from this software bundle. The license must accompany the application files at all times, whether installed or backed up on any kind of media.

PCB Libraries reserves the right to revoke your license at any time and/or filesuit for damages should it find you in violation of these terms. This software is the property of PCB Libraries, the license provides you the legal right to use

 the software. No refunds will be issued upon license revocation.

DISCLAIMERThis software is sold as is, with no warranty or promise it will work with yoursystem configuration. The software has been tested on numerous IBM-Compatible systems and has performed well on various IBM-Compatible operating systems.

PCB Libraries is not responsible for damages arising from your use or inabilityto use this software for any reason, unless where required by law.
