Payroll Update: Change to you Paycheck Delivery

To: Non- Management Employees in AT&T Mobility who receive printed paychecks or paystubs at their work location, their Supervisor and their Paycheck Distributor (PCD)

What: With the closing of some Mobility locations due to COVID-19, and to ensure all Mobility employees receive their paycheck or paystub on a timely basis, beginning XX/XX your paycheck or printed paystub will be mailed to your home address that is listed in eLink. Please ensure that your home address is current in eLink.

As a reminder:

Direct Deposit of Payroll (DDP) is the recommended method for receiving your wages. DDP eliminates the potential for lost, stolen, or damaged checks and provides the convenience of having your pay automatically deposited in your account(s) when traveling or out of the office. Learn more about DDP by viewing these Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

Electronic Paystubs are available up to 3 years on HR OneStop under Payroll & Taxes > Paycheck Stubs or online at access.att.com

Action Item: Validate Home Address in eLink

Utilize the following steps to verify or update your home address:

Visit HR One Stop > Money > Payroll & Tax Information

Under eLink Payroll Info select View/Update Home Address

Select “Update Permanent Residence”

Verify accuracy and Update as needed

Latest Update to COVID-19 Response

We heard you. Thanks to your feedback, non-latex gloves are now on their way. Keepin mind the best preventative measure continues to be regularly washing your handswith soap and water.

GlovesNon-latex gloves are on their way to stores. Shipments of non-latex gloves shouldarrive in stores by Monday, March 23. Got your own gloves? Great! Employees arewelcome to use their own gloves as well.

Things to remember:

There is no specific CDC guidance that gloves should be used to prevent the spreadof COVID-19, other than use by medical professionals.Gloves are not a substitute for good hand hygiene.Gloves don’t prevent the virus from attaching to the gloved hand. Be sure to changegloves after every customer interaction and wash your hands before putting a newpair on.Avoid touching your face whether you have gloves on or not.
