Groundwater depletion is a rampant problem globally, which is being caused by widespread concretisation. This restricts permeability through the surface of the earth, thus limiting the amount of water needed to replenish natural resources.

Disha intends to contribute to resolving this issue by devising solutions while maintaining flooring aesthetics, by designing a paver system that allows water to seep through the soil and drain water. The recharge of groundwater levels additionally supplies water to plants and trees in proximity thus helping to conserve the environment.

Design and innovation is one of the key aspects that Disha thrives upon. It has engineered path-breaking designer pavements that harvest rainwater & allow percolation into the soil. Each Disha Ecoloc Paver comes with a specially designed nib on the side, that helps maintain space between two adjoining pavers, creating a path for water to flow in. Equipment Required :Cutting Machine, Alignment Bar, Rubber Hammer, Compacter Machine / vibrating Roller.Material Required : Cement, Moist Stone Dust, Sand, Disha Ecoloc Pavers.Procedure :• Spread the moist stone

dust 50 mm thick in laying area with required slope for avoiding water clogging.

• Use compacter machine to ensure compaction.

• Place Disha Ecoloc Pavers in the desired design.

• Entire laying operation for the desired area should be completed in one go.

• Sprinkle sand over the fixed interlocked pavers & pour water evenly so that wet sand settles between the joints. (Repeat this procedure about 8 – 10 times).

• Adequate restraint will prevent sinking and support traffic load. This also prevents the stone dust from escaping.
