Activities: Coordinate and administer HME& Ancillary operation Training solutions as per
available Training Matrix Comply with the Training Calendar along with the Training Matrix Schedule Ensuring an Approval to Training has been signed prior to conduct of all
training Ensuring that all documentation in relation to training activities is used and kept
in accordance with the site document control system Ensuring trainer &assessors are allocated appropriate resources and time to
conduct training and assessment. Allocate tasks only to competent personnel. Keep up to date all Mining HME & Ancillary Training Solutions Issuing of training packages to the trainees Advise my manager on program changing Prepare the site permit to the Competent operator on Site as well as Contractors Conducting Light Vehicle and Light Truck assessment to Drivers as well as
Contractors which are coming to the site as per the company requirement. Preparing the 2months Training Schedules for the Engineering and Contractors Doing Move and test on the Heavy mining Equipment to Contractors and
Engineering Crews as per the company procedures Conducting Daily refresher and refresher Assessment to the Mining operators
on site Conducting refresher assessment on Light Vehicle and Light Truck on site as
per the company policy for all LV & LT users including Contractors Come on site.
Preparing permit to all LV,LT users on site whose pass competent after Assessment
