SCHEDULE:
STARTING LINERace festivities will begin on the black top located behind Powdersville Middle School
COLOR STATIONSYou will be blasted with color along the course. As with any substance, you will want to keep it out of your eyes and mouth. You may wear glasses to keep the color out of your eyes. The color is made in the USA. It is 100% safe, natural, and biodegradable.
We encourage dancing, skipping, cartwheeling to your hearts delight, especially at the finish party. We welcome wagons and strollers for the younger ones that may not enjoy 3.1 miles on foot. If you decide to walk, be respectful of those behind you that may want to pass. Have a blast, just don’t block the course!
FINISH PARTYCelebrate your run with a color party! We encourage dancing!
WATERWater will be provided at the finish line and at a water station on the course.
WEATHERWe will run rain or shine! In the unlikely event of severe weather, the event my be postponed or cancelled. We will do our best to make sure you run as planned. We will take precautions as recommended by the national weather service. Only in extreme cases would the event be cancelled. Your safety is our first priority...right behind your fun!

Wear clothes you don’t mind getting color on. The color comes out for the most part, but this is not a guarantee.Individuals with light colored hair worried about the color not coming out should use a leave in conditioner, or use a light oil (coconut oil or olive oil) in your hair. Some of the colors can take a few days to fully wash out of your hair, particularly if you have bleached blonde hair.We recommend bringing something to protect your car for the ride home. A towel or garbage bag will do the trick and will prevent your car from getting as colorful as you. The sooner you clean up, the easier the color comes off. Before jumping in the shower, dust off as much of the dry powder as possible. You can try adding a little baking soda to your body wash for the areas where the color is a little hard to clean.
