Definitions: After Hours – 5 PM to 11 PM Medicaid denominator (for rate map): Total Children Under

Age 19 Enrolled in Medicaid is the total number of Medicaid clients under the age of 19. There are people under age 19 who qualify for Medicaid for reasons other than age and family income. For example, a 17-year-old who is pregnant may qualify for Medicaid for "Pregnant Women" or a 16-year-old boy who is blind may qualify for Medicaid for "Disabled & Blind."
