What you can expect from usPathways2work aims to provide free access to

employment, training and business start-up

opportunities to Family Mosaic customers aged

16 and over.

The high quality professional service of the

Pathways2work team, and their committment to

effective delivery of information and guidance

on learning and work is demonstrated by matrix

Standard accreditation.

Last year the Pathways2work team helped 150

people into employment.

Case Study

‘ ‘SallyI desperately needed to find work quickly

and because of the difficulties I was

experiencing, I had lost all hope and

confidence.

After being made redundant as a legal

secretary the Pathways2work team helped

me, apply for and successfully get a job as a

receptionist at The London Clinic.

The P2W team helped me with the job

application, provided me with interview

practice, and after securing the role helped

me fully understand my employment

contract, as well as assisting with travel

expenses before I got my first month’s pay.

JoyceI needed help getting back to work after my

four children started school. The P2W team

helped me put together my CV, and apply

for jobs. At first, I was unsuccessful with

my interviews due to lack of confidence,

however after practice with my Employment

Liaison Officer, I successfully secured a role

as a midday meals supervisor at a local

school.

What to expect from the service We promise...

Your enquiry will be

answered within 10 working

days, after which you will

be taken on as a client or

put on a waiting list until

an appointment becomes

available

A confidential one to one

with a qualified personal

adviser lasting 45 minutes

resulting in an action plan

and monthly check ups

To communicate the

menu of options available

at Family Mosaic e.g.

training calendar/

volunteer work placement

and apprenticeship

opportunities.
