Station 1- Walk the LineStarting at one of the open ends of this green line,

walk along the line without stepping off.

Page 3: Pathways to Coordination

Station 2 – CrossoversMoving in the direction of the arrow, step with your Left (L)

foot on the blue “X” and then your Right (R) foot on the green “X”.

Page 4: Pathways to Coordination

Station 3 - Hands UpStarting at either end of the line, place your Left hand on

each blue strip and your Right hand on each green strip

as you move along the wall.

Page 5: Pathways to Coordination

Station 4 - The MazeStart at either the open, outside end or else in the centre, inside end of this blue line. Walk along the line without

stepping off.If you started at the outside, spiral back out again.

If you started in the inside, spiral back in.

Station 5 - Left and

Right

Starting at either end of this line, place your Right

foot on the green sections and

your Left foot on the blue sections,

as you walk to the end of the line without stepping

off.

Station 6 - Hop on Each

Foot

Hop with your Left foot on each of the blue strips, and hop with your Right

foot on each of the green strips.

You can start at either end.

Station 7 - Bunny

Hopping

Hop with your Left foot on the blue strip,

and your Right foot on the green strip, as

you hop forward along this pathway.

Station 8 - Diamonds

With your Left foot always on one of the blue

lines, and your Right foot always on

one of the green lines, either

shuffle or walk to the other end of the diamond.
