BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT

•Approx. 60 (and more to come!) students WILL graduate in June after

having taking a class on iLearn

Page 14: Pathways Academy

CHALLENGES• Teacher buy-in• Many opportunities for professional development but few

took advantage• Few understand blended learning, most believe that it is

only online learning• Lack of strong classroom facilitators• Weak student orientation• Improve through use of video and orientation study guide

• Experimented but not satisfied with blending learning in Math classes• Students’ skills are too weak and require more teacher

attention than before

Page 15: Pathways Academy

NEXT STEPS• Begin to expand the iLearn program school-wide• Achieve3000• Train teachers on using NBC Learn, Discovery, Gale, and

D2L

• Implement a Rotation Model in math classes using MathXL as a supplement

• iLearn Summer School for the Graphics Campus: HSGCA, BOSS, UAG• Create Guidance/Student Goal Setter
