Our PeopleSteve Parkinson and David Thorley founded Path Automotive bringing together their unique mix of operational and financial expertise, with each having over 20 years senior management experience across both the volume and prestige sectors in small private businesses and large plc's.

We have carefully selected successful and experienced individuals from within the motor industry who can bring specialist expertise to you and your business to deliver improved business performance.

Steve Parkinson

An experienced senior executive from within the motor industry, with a proven ability to turnaround operations through developing and strengthening management teams, whilst driving business performance improvement from the board to every member of the team. Steve brings a passion for business improvement through structured processes and motivational employee engagement.

David Thorley

A Commercial Finance Director who works closely with operational management to maximise return on investment and minimise cost base and working capital requirements using general management experience combined with accounting and financial management techniques. David has extensive business turnaround experience during the recent credit crunch with special emphasis on managing cash and reducing costs.

Peter Larsson

A senior manager with extensive experience of high volume, prestige dealerships and commercial truck operations gained over 35 years with both small private companies and large plc's. Peter has worked at regional director and managing director level and has a passion for detail and is very process driven.

Dale Cullen

An automotive marketing professional with over 17 years'experience of operations across both non franchised and franchised marketing and communications. Dale has a wealth of skills in brand development and management, new product and service launches and has extensive experience of business and group marketing planning, schedules and budgets.

Chris Willoughby

Chris has extensive senior management experience as Parts manager and Group Parts manager as well as 10 years experience in systems. He joined Kerridge as an aftersales consultant and then progressed into a Group IT and Systems manager role for a 12 site regional group. Chris specialises in IT systems and telecommunications.
