1.Evaluate current data collection and current PATH Report.

2.Develop recommendations for current PATH Report.

3.Evaluate PATH data and reporting needs without regards to the current Report.

4.Evaluate how steps #2 and #3 fit together.

DAC Recommendation: Add question to indicate whether a formal diagnosis exists; only collect diagnosis for individuals who are diagnosed. This reinforces AWG recommendations that a written diagnosis is not required and will reduce selection of inappropriate categories.
