APRIL 2012 MAJESTIC KINGDOM RELATIONSHIP

1. We thank and praise God.

This is the month of MAJESTIC KINGDOM RELATIONSHIP.

When God created Adam and Eve, it was for the purpose of relationship.

God wanted to relate with someone at His level and that is why the Bible records God’s desire in Gen 1:26-27:

Then God said: Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness;Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea…and over every creeping thing.So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him;Male and female He created them

As you can see, God was determined that He finds someone He could RELATE with.

He did not create someone He could rule over, but someone He could relate with.

God is not looking for SERVANTS but SONS and DAUGHTERS in the Kingdom.

2. The basis of a dynamic

relationship.

The Lord is wise in His creativity.

He created us because He loves us and because He wants to enhance this love relationship now and into eternity.

This is a love based relationship.

Through Jeremiah God says [Jer 31:3]:

The LORD has appeared of old to me, saying:‘Yes, I have loved you with an EVERLASTING LOVE; Therefore with loving kindness I have drawn you.’

Concerning Israel God says in Rom 10:25-26 quoting Hosea:

“I will call them my people, who were not my people,, and her beloved, who was not beloved.And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’There they shall be called sons of the living God.”

Jesus Christ appeared to stamp this truth in us when He said in John 3:16:

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,That whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

3. The process of a dynamic relationship.

This process is called REDEMPTION.

Adam sinned in the garden of Eden and his relationship with God was broken.

Sin and death entered into the world.

Paul writes of this in Rom 5:12,18:

Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned.Therefore, as through one man’s offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life.

Sin could only be dealt with through the blood sacrifice.

The broken relationship could only be mended through the shedding of Blood.

And so when Jesus came, He was God’s perfect sacrifice for sin.

For many years blood sacrifices had been offered, but they could not atone for the

sin of Adam.

The writer of Hebrews says in Heb 9:22, 23, 28:

And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no remission.Therefore it was necessary that the copies of the things in heaven should be purified by these, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.So Christ was offered once to bear sins of many.

This is redemption for it opened a door for the dynamic relationship to be restored.

Jesus has paid by His blood our redemption and the door is now open to relate with God the Father now and forever more.

4. The goal of a dynamic relationship.

God desired that once this relationship is put in place that now He could have children that He could give His inheritance to.

His inheritance includes that which was lost in the beginning which is DOMINION given to Adam and Eve.

God had said at that time in Gen 1:28:Then God BLESSED them, and God said to them,“Be FRUITFUL and MULTIPLY; FILL the earth and SUBDUE it; Have DOMINION…over every living thing that moves on the earth”

This would bring GLORY to God. His image [with its capacity] would be

passed on to the NEW CREATION.The apostle Paul made reference to this

when he wrote in II Cor 5:17:Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a NEW CREATION;Old things have passed away; behold, all things have BECOME NEW.Now all things are of God.

We have been redeemed to become HEIRS of God and JOINT HEIRS with Christ Jesus.

5. The evidence of a dynamic relationship

The life of God in us is not just a turning of a new leaf, but it is

the LIFE OF GOD HIMSELF dwelling in us through the presence of the Holy Spirit.

A work has been done in us that is a divine work.

Paul wrote to the Eph 2:10:For we are His WORKMANSHIP, created in Christ Jesus for GOOD WORKS,Which God PREPARED beforehand that we should walk in them.

The evidence of this relationship is that we live in unity and love in God through Jesus Christ.

Paul’s prayer to the Ephesians was along this line when he said in Eph 3:14-19:

For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be STRENGTHENED with might through His Spirit in the inner man, That Christ may dwell in your hearts through FAITH;That you, being rooted and grounded in LOVE, maybe able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and the length and depth and heightTo know the LOVE OF CHRIST which passes all knowledge; that you may be FILLED WITH ALL THE FULLNESS OF GOD.

6. A new identity.

You are a new creation.You are an ambassador of Christ.

You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His

marvelous lightThis is the majestic relationship that God

wants you to walk in.This is what Christ came to restore.Putting your faith and trust in him is

important for this to happen.

Paul writes in Rom 10:11-12:

For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved”

7. The finished work.

The work of restoring and establishing this new relationship is complete.

You cannot add to it.You have been called to enjoy

it and to REIGN with Christ.

Paul writing to the Romans said in Rom 5:15, 17:But the FREE GIFT is not like the offense.For by the one man’s offense many died, MUCH MORE the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, MUCH MORE those who receive ABUNDANCE OF GRACE and of the gift of RIGHTEOUSNESS will REIGN IN LIFE through the One, Jesus Christ.

8. The delegated authority.

In this majestic kingdom relationship, authority has been given.

We have been given authority to proclaim the gospel of the Kingdom.

Jesus said in Mat 28:18-19:“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.God therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you

This is the privilege of sharing the love of God with the world.

God is reconciling the world to Himself through this message that we proclaim and live daily.

We are not to be ashamed of the gospel for it is the power of God to salvation to anyone who has faith.

We have also received authority over all the power of the enemy.

Jesus said in Lk 10:17-20:

“I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.Behold, I give you authority to trample on serpents and scorpions,And over ALL THE POWER of the enemy, And nothing shall by no means hurt you.Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you,But rather rejoice because your names are WRITTEN in heaven.

This is an awesome revelation that must ignite us to action.

We must fulfill our mandate of evangelizing the whole world

before Jesus comes, by making disciples and reclaiming over

God enemy territory in the name of Jesus, setting the captives

free.

9. The presence that leads to triumph.

God has assured us that we are never alone in this

relationship.He gave us the Holy Spirit as a guarantee of His victory in our

life.The Holy Spirit is the dynamic

presence of God in our lives.

Jesus spoke of this when He said in John 14:16-18, 20:

“And I will pray the Father; and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—the Spirit of Truth.I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to youAt that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in me, and I in you.

The presence of the Holy Spirit in you is the guarantee of this majestic kingdom relationship.

Walk with him and rely on Him daily.

10. A daily experience.

Do not depend on past experiences with God.

The LORD is a NOW God.He wants to refresh you daily and give you

CURRENT UPDATES of heaven, so that you can download them effectively here on earth.

Disconnect from sin and live a life of righteousness.

God will help you through the POWER of the Holy Spirit.

Do not be drunk with wine, but be FILLED with the Holy Spirit.

The Lion of the tribe of Judah dwells in you.

You can experience fulfillment and victory daily.

You must walk daily with the Master.

Paul writes to the Ephesians in Eph 5:17-18:Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the WILL OF THE LORD is.And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation;But BE FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT,Speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs,Singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,Giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,Submitting to one another in the fear of God.

Enjoy this month of the Lord’s majestic kingdom

relationship.
