How is this class organized?How is this class organized?1. We come into the gym and our teacher takes

attendance.2. After he/she finishes taking attendance, the boys

and girls go to their respective locker rooms and change into their gym clothes. (shorts and a T-shirt, if it is cold, we bring sweatpants and a sweatshirt)

3. After we finish changing, we go back into the gym and stretch. At this time we also work on conditioning exercises like crunches and push-ups.

4. Then, we split up into our sports or activities that we are doing for the day. Sometimes we have a choice, but others, due to uneven or small numbers, we only have one option or sport.
