PARTS CLEANER - COMPLETE KITCC3K

GUNK® Parts Cleaner is compounded to clean metal. This kit includes container, 3 quarts of cleaning solution and parts basket. Simply place the metal parts to be cleaned in the basket and lower it into the solution. For most parts, a 20-minute soak will clean grease, grime, carbon, varnish, and paint. Stubborn spots may need some brushing and a longer soak time period. Do not attempt to clean rubber, plastic, or other non-metallic parts, gaskets, etc. Avoid any contact with painted surfaces. For large cleaning jobs, ask for GUNK® HYDRO-SEAL® 2 or GUNK® Parts Washer Solvent.

DIRECTIONS: NOTE: DO NOT PLACE GASKETS, RUBBER, OR PLASTIC PARTS IN SOLUTION. CC3K is intended for use in enclosed non re-circulating solvent cleaning tanks or related equipment. This parts cleaner is for use only in a container with lid in place to eliminate product evaporation during storage and use. Not recommended for use in re-circulating parts washers, as pump damage may occur. 1. Place parts to be cleaned into parts basket. 2. Lower basket into solution. Partsmust be completely submerged. Put lid in place to eliminate evaporation. 3. Allowparts to soak for 20 minutes. 4. Brush heavy soil deposits, if necessary. 5. Rinse partsin water. Use care to avoid splashing on any painted or non-metallic surfaces. NOTE:the rinsate from product use (which may be hazardous to the environment, groundwater, or sewer systems) should be accumulated and disposed of according to alllaws and regulations. 6. Dry parts thoroughly before re-assembly. 7. Replace coveruntil ready to reuse solution. See DISPOSAL below for spent solution disposal.

STORAGE, HANDLING & DISPOSAL: Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated area. Do not store or use near sparks, open fl ame, or other ignition sources. Store only in the original container. Use only in a well ventilated area. Wear protective rubber gloves and safety goggles. Deliberately inhaling concentrated vapors can be harmful or fatal. SAFEGUARD OUR ENVIRONMENT . . . Disposal of spent solution or rinse water in water courses, sewers, or on the ground may be prohibited. Such disposal is prohibited in California. Proper disposal includes collecting and evaporating the rinse water and recycling or disposal of any residue in accordance with state and local law.

DANGER: Wear safety goggles, protective gloves and avoid contamination of clothing.

FIRST AID: EYE CONTACT: Flush thoroughly with water for 15 minutes while lifting eyelids and get prompt medical attention. SKIN CONTACT: Wash with soap and water. If irritation develops, get prompt medical attention. INHALATION: Move to fresh air. If breathing becomes diffi cult, get prompt medical attention. INGESTION: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Call Poison Control Center, Physician or Hospital Emergency Room immediately.
