INTRODUCTIONThank you for taking the time to consider Energy Basketball, Gippslands elite basketball association based in Traralgon, Victoria, as a potential marketing partner for your business. The packages range from our entry level advertising opportunities which gets your business name out and about at all Energy Basketball home games to major partnership packages which include opportunities for Free to Air Television Coverage within Australia.

Funding to help Energy Basketball deliver the best possible opportunities to develop elite basketball players, coaches and teams in the Gippsland region is of paramount importance. Without the financial backing from businesses it is impossible for Energy Basketball teams to make it to win rounds and make a name for basketball in our region. WHO WE ARELatrobe City Energy (Energy Basketball) is an elite basketball club that provides junior and senior players the opportunity to represent our region at the highest level possible.

While mainly focused on the Latrobe Valley many of our players travel from across Gippsland, including Bairnsdale, Warragul and Leongatha to play with our teams. Our mission is to be recognised as the leading basketball organisation in Gippsland that promotes and develops basketball, encourages inclusion and participation, strives for high performance, promotes elite pathways and ensures players have the opportunity to play at the highest level possible.

For the 2016 season, Energy Basketball will have two teams entered in the BIG V state championship league - a league with 101 Semi-Professional teams spread across 9 competitions, along with eleven teams entered in the Victorian Junior Basketball League (VJBL) which is regarded as the best Junior League in Australia with over 1,000 teams entered across Victoria. In the past, Energy Basketball has received many accolades and awards through BIG V and VJBL including coach of the year, Rising Star, League MVP, All Star 5, Senior and Junior Championships including our first Victorian Junior Classic and Victorian Championship win with our U16 girls side in 2015, along with various statistical awards. We encourage health lifestyles and continue to develop the skills of local junior players though our School Programs with an estimated 2,500 participants in 2016 and our Junior School Holiday Clinics with an expectation of 300 participants in 2016. Energy Basketball has produced many high achievers who have played in National and International competitions, including representing Australia. Through your support, Energy Basketball hopes to develop more players to rise to the these tremendous achievements.

FIXED STADIUM SIGNANGE | $250 Opportunity to provide one 900mm x 1200mm sign to be erected at Latrobe Leisure Traralgon Sports Stadium. 65mm x 45mm advertisement in each of our Game Night booklets.

Energy Basketball Home games attracted approximately 200 patrons in 2015 with series final and grand final series numbers at over 3000 patrons. Each week over 3000 patrons visit Latrobe Leisure Traralgon for a multitude of sports and events. Advertising with Energy Basketball will provide potential partners with the opportunity to reach a wide cross section of the Gipplsand sports community including Badminton, Netball and domestic Basketball competitions, along with other events that are scheduled at the venue throughout the year.
