Founded in 1670, the Town of Hatfield is excited for our 350th Anniversary in 2020. For an occasion of this magnitude, it is only appropriate to have an entire year’s worth of celebration and festivities. With a wide variety of events planned, there is sure to be something for everyone during the year.

As a critical part of the 350th Celebration planning, we are seeking local partners interested in helping to present the yearlong calendar of memorable events that are scheduled. Included in this package are numerous partnership opportunities. We are also interested and open to any additional ideas to help make 2020 a year to be remembered!

In-Kind DonationsThroughout the year there will be numerous events with opportunities for donations in-kind, including but not limited

to supplies and services for events, raffle items, and event prizes. All donations in-kind will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with Partnership benefits given at a level agreed upon by the donating organzation and the Hatfield 350th.

Partners may choose multiple events that add up to their level of investment if desired.

Additional events and partnership opportunities, including collaborative events with other community organizations, will be announced and added to the list above as they are finalized.

350th Anniversary Partnership Benefits

With all partnership contributions come numerous benefits based on the Partnership Level achieved. These benefits are structured to provide partners with exposure and presence throughout the entire year-long schedule of events and festivities that will take place as part of the 350th Anniversary celebration. More information on each of the benefits listed below is available on the next page, and these benefits represent the minimum that partners will receive as additional benefits may be added as planning for the celebration continues to evolve.

350th Anniversary Partnership Benefits

Below is a brief description of each of the potential benefits that are available as part of the 350th Anniversary Partnership program.

Website Listing: All partners will be listed on the 350th Anniversary website, www.hatfield350.com.

Event Flyers/Materials: Various printed flyers/promotional items will be produced and distributed throughout the community and local area for each of the events that will occur throughout the year. Partners will be listed on these promotional materials recognizing their support.

Event Banners/Signs: Leading up to and at each event there will be banners and/or signs recognizing the partners for the event.

Social Media Promotions: The 350th Anniversary will have official social media accounts that will be active in the year leading up to and the year of the 350 Annivesary celebrations. Regular posts will be made promoting various events and will also include partnership promotions and links.

Radio Ads: Throughout the 2020 year, radio spots will run on one of the largest local radio stations promoting the various events and the partners suppporting the events.

Parade Banner: During the Anniversary parade, banners will be carried along with the various units and will recongize partnerships for their support.

Main Street Telephone Pole Flag: Diamond, Platinum and Gold partners will be recognized on the banners that will be hung on Main Street throughout the 2020 year.

Event Table/Booth: Diamond, Platinum and Gold partners will be invited to set up a table/booth at various 350th Anniversary events throughout the year.

Parade Float Invitation: All partners will be invited to participate in the 350th Anniversary Parade.

Exclusive Promotional Opportunities: Diamond partners will be provided with exlusive opportunities to take part in specail promotional materials, and will be given first priority for any new opportunities that are added.

Discounted 350th Memorabilia / Apparel: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver partners will receive discount codes for the official 350th Anniversary Store for items they or their employees wish to purchase.

Other benefits and exposure opportunties will be added as additional events are finalized. We are also interested in hearing any and all creative ideas that partners have and would welcome the opportunity to discuss these opportunities with you!
