* promoting the exhibition in the North, North east and North West buyers.
* Assistances to promote the exhibition to exhibitors in and around Jaffna.
* Assistances to promote to the partner country India through the Indian high commission.
* Support to obtain necessary government approvals.
* Inviting government officials for the exhibition and related functions.
* Assist us to coordinate with suppliers in Jaffna and to obtain quotations.
* Organize the opening ceremony of the exhibition.
In return Lanka Exhibition shall offer the Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Yallpanam the following benefits
Place Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Yallpanam logo on all promotional material made use to promote Jaffna International Trade Fair 2015 locally and Internationally.
Offer 30 exhibition stalls at the exhibition which include the booth structure, electricity and tin sheds. These stalls can be sold to the members of Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Yallpanam
The gate collection on all three days of the exhibiting (Tickets priced at Rs.25/-)
