SDIR Rider
Supplemental DI (SDIR) – Provides additional monthly benefit which is offset dollar for dollar with any legislated social insurance benefits received.

SDIR Example
• Valid claim begins, Assurity provides the contractual payments of $3,000 per month.
• Now Social Security DI approved and will pay $500 per month.

Return of Premium Rider provides a return of premium paid for policy and certain riders, less any claims paid, according to a schedule.
• 100 percent of premiums may be returned to policy owners that were ages 18-44 at issue if the policy lapses after 25 or more years.
• 50 percent of premiums may be returned to policy owners that were ages 45-55 at issue if the policy lapses after 10 or more years.
