Judy is a partner in the healthcare and outsourced accountingservices area of the firm. She has over twenty five years ofexperience in public accounting and industry. Prior to joining thefirm in 2007, she spent ten years in the healthcare industry asdirector of finance working for a large independent practice. Dave Baymiller, CPATax Partner

Dave Baymiller is a partner in the tax services area with over 35years of public accounting experience. Kevin Gilmore is managing partner and specializes in taxcompliance and planning for all types of business entities. Matt Hoverman, CISADirector of Risk Consulting

Matt Hoverman is Gilmore Jasion Mahler’s director of IT consulting. He has over two decades of professional services experience in systems implementation, information security, internal and external audit, risk management, compliance, and management consulting across multiple industries. Matt has spent his entire career helping companies of all sizes and industries think through their IT and strategic risks, building a roadmap for investment, and executing a plan that aligns with the goals of the business. His experience includes significant involvement in defining the control environment, developing the approach to evaluate the control environment, leading IT control and application reviews, and assisting clients with remediation efforts. Matt is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Matt obtained a bachelor of science in computer science from Bowling Green State University. He is the president of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) NW Ohio Chapter and past board member with the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He’s very active in the community and coaching youth sports. Hehas more than 25 years of experience specializing in audit, tax,business consulting, transaction advisory and strategic planninginitiatives. He continues to focus on assisting private equity-owned portfolio companies with assurance, consulting and taxneeds, while looking for opportunities to increase EBITDA(earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization).Greg also recently spent several years working as a CFO/vicepresident of finance for various companies ($150-$350 million insales) with multiple facilities and private equity/family officeownership.
