WELCOMEThank you for considering PartyTime Rentals for your next event. We have always been known as the company that can make your event fun for everyone. We are so confident in our ”fun abilities” that we actually have the words “Fun For Everyone” in our logo. PartyTime is also the place to go when you’re looking to plan a formal corporate event, a graduation party, bridal shower, wedding reception or any elegant affair.We know that there are many rental companies for you to choose from, but PartyTime is different and we’d like to tell you how.

First and foremost, we do not out-source. We own and maintain all of our equipment which gives us the ability to have quality control. Our products are the cleanest and safest that you’ll find anywhere - we clean and disinfect every piece of equipment between each rental. Second, we keep our equipment new by constantly rotating our inventory. Each year we sell or donate used equipment so you will never receive an old, out of date item. Third, we offer 24 hour customer service. If you ever have a problem with a rental or are not satisfied, we have a manager on call to assist you. (Try getting in touch with the other rental companies after hours - it won’t happen!) Finally, we are a family owned business so we do not have a constant turnover

of personnel like other rental companies. You can be sure the person you spoke to on the phone will still be there the next time you call. We here at PartyTime Rentals have handled all types and sizes of parties and events. From small, intimate gatherings and children’s birthday parties, to movie premieres and Fortune 500 corporate events, we take each event seriously. We take pride in our work and we are confident that once you rent from us you won’t want to go anywhere else for your party needs.So come on in to our party store, take a look around our showroom, visit our design center, have a seat, get comfortable and let us know what you need! EMERGENCY SERVICEWe provide 24 hour on-call support to all our customers. If there is an error in your order or equipment malfunction, we will respond to correct the situation at any time, day or night.

POLICIES & SERVICES

DELIVERYDelivery charges are based on zip codes. Schedules are made in advance and you will be notified 2 to 5 days before your delivery day. We deliver seven days a week. Setup and takedown service for tables and chairs are available for an additional charge.

PAYMENT TERMSPayments may be made in person at our store or over the phone by credit card. A 25% deposit is required for all reservations under $2,000. A 50% deposit is required for all corporate, business and res-ervations over $2000. All charges are for time out, whether the product is used or not. We accept cash and most major credit cards.

DAMAGE WAIVERA damage waiver fee of 12% is an option available to all renters. This fee relieves the renter from liability for accidental damage to rental products. Excluded from this waiver is intentional damage and misuse, lost or damaged items due to theft or mysterious disap-pearance. All damaged/broken items must be returned. This is a nonrefund-able cost.

SETUP & TAKEDOWNSetup and takedown services are available. Arrangements for the service must be made in advance of delivery and pick up. Please call for options/costs.

EQUIPMENT USEPersonal training will be provided for all amusement equipment rented upon delivery. Printed manuals for many of our rental items can be found on our website. Please be sure to inspect all equipment upon pick up or delivery.After your event, tables and chairs should be folded, stacked, and ready for pick up. All china, glassware, etc. must be rinsed, food free, and repacked in the containers in which they were received. Linens should be refuse free and dry to prevent mildew and placed in a laundry bag we provide.

Using Chargers

A charger (or service plate) is a purely decorative oversized plate used to add texture, color, or pattern to the table. Food is never served directly on a charger, but a first-course soup bowl or salad plate can be set on top of it. The charger should be cleared along with the bowl or plate. Cake Stand Tips• A 14”x14” cake stand is perfect

for 8”-12” round or square cakes, mostly used for birthday and special occasions.

• An 18”x18” cake stand fits a 3-4 tier round or square wedding cake or special occasion cakes.

• A 22”x22” cake stand fits 4-6 tier round or square wedding cakes or special occasion cakes.

• The cake board the bakery provides should be 1 or 2 inches smaller than the stand. Example: If you order an 18”x18” cake stand, ask your baker to put the cake on a board no larger than 16”.

STructure tents are ideal for long term installations. These tents have no center poles and a heavy aluminum frame which gives them a high wind

resistance. There are no ropes or stakelines required and they have a tensioned sidewall system. Prices include professional setup.

Frame tents are professionally installed and are extremely versatile. They contain no center poles, offer more space between perimeter poles and can be placed on just about any

surface. Our cross cable high peak frame tents have an aerodynamic design that is highly resistant to extreme winds. These tents are extremely desirable for weddings, and other events where an elegant look is desired. Prices include professional setup.

Pole tents are generally less expensive than frame tents. These tents will have one or more poles in the center of the tent and poles spaced 10’ apart around the perimeter of

the tent. Pole tents also require more space because they rely on ropes and stakes to keep them standing. Add approximately 14’ to the overall width and length of your tent for correct space sizing. Prices include professional setup.
