the whole and informal consideration of a question.

QUASI COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE: a variation of a committee of the whole. It enables the assembly to function under committee rules,

2ND MEMBER: This is an extremely important issue and should be considered at once. Our Campus targets 85% LET performance by 2014. We are
in danger of the possible amalgamation. Preparations for
LET must be prioritized.

great deal of discussion on our part, as well as a significant outlay of funds. This issue deserves our full and fresh
attention and it is very late. As a result, I support the motion to
postpone.
