understandable to readers. I have 22 years of experience as a professional writer and

editor, with my most recent 6 years developing responses to government Requests

for Proposals (RFPs). I have experience supporting both government and

commercial customers, with one year as a technical writer and editor for the Littoral

Combat Ship (LCS) system at the Naval Surface Warfare Center-Dahlgren Division

(NSWCDD). Prior to that, I spent 11 years as a technical writer and consultant,
