God is the author of Justice. God’s Justice is like a River. Wherever it flows it ministers Life - abundant life. In the day of the prophet Ezekiel this River flowed from the temple bringing life to the dead sea (Ezekiel 47:8).
Today the River flows from the cross of the Resurrect-ed Christ. The blood of Jesus is God’s Justice flowing, bringing life to every dead situation. Jesus is the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world (John 1:29).
The river of God’s Justice;
There is no Justice like God’s Justice. It is substitutionary, it is wholesome, it is empowering, it is life giving. Jesus took the place of the sinner in God’s court room. He be-came sin so that the sinner could go free. Jesus has taken our shame, our pain, our guilt, our disease, our sin, our death so that in Him we can find divine Justice.
The dead sea can become a place of life again because of the Living Waters of God’s River.
Come and swim in these waters.
Arise and shine.
Rev. Simon Mwangi.
