Park Meadow Minsterley

This scheme consists of 5 homes to rent and 3 homes for Shared Ownership. The development has capacity to house 38 local people.The project is the second phase of dwellings built by Shropshire Housing Group in Minsterley, providing homes with outstanding views of the surrounding countryside.

Key Features Each home features solar thermal roof panels producing

low cost hot water. Two of the properties have rainwater harvesting systems.

The water is collected from the gutters and stored in an underground tank to be used for toilet flushing and washing machines.

The development has a storm water balancing pond which collects surface water before discharging it at a controlled rate into the local watercourse network.

Shropshire Homes are very pleased to be working with South Shropshire Housing Association on

the final phase of the development in Minsterley. This follows the completion of a successful phase in 2011 and represents the completion of the Park Meadow development which we first started in 1991. We now look forward to collaborating with SSHA on future projects.
