Overview

Park 12 Hundred is a master-planned re-development of a 1.2 million square foot office/manufacturing/distribution facility originally developed for Western Electric and most recently, Avaya. Beginning in 2013, IBC Holdings began a transformational re-development of the 106 acre property. The project is nearing completion and now offers 535,703 SF high bay warehouse, light and flex industrial space, as well as a 297,172 square foot office building that will be completely renovated.
